    Really wish i'd read the small print.......

    Bought this for my son, but didn't realise that he would be unable to book this experience on a Saturday. It's £25 for this privelage! Also, if i wanted insurance then this is also extra.

    My advice, if you're buying an experience day, especially dricing is to really check the small print on the product itself before purchasing. Restrictions on booking, insurance, duration.

    I wish i'd paid more for the day and not just gone on price alone.....

    I have bought several vouchers,and always had excellant service,especially when
    i encountered a problem with most recent bought voucher.Customer service was really good,felt like a valued customer,not just a number.I will most definately be
    using again,and have already recommended to friends,

    Buyagift is fantastic. I've purchased unusual and innovative gifts from them about 5 times now and each time I am so impressed with the level of service and quality you receive from them. I cannot fault "buyagift" and have told all my friends to buy from them. All orders have been received less than 24 hours after ordering them and all the gifts are truly loved by their recipients.

    Fantastic day out! We went to Orchard studios in Crewe, they were so friendly and helpfull and made the whole experience very special. I would definately reccomend this experience to anyone :)

    Firstly Double Take - Don't ever go there, they have to have the worst customer service ever. They overbooked which mucked up my sister in laws surprise birthday and then took forever to refund our money (still not received).

    However, buy a gift were quick reliable and fantastic with helping me with the problems experienced with double take. They went out of there way to help and they did everything they could and more.

    I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful service - it couldn't have been easier to order and the package arrived this morning. I will definitely be using you again and recommending you to my friends.

    Will definately use again and would recommend to others. My only comment would be how do you better a first class service!

    Fast delivery! A good variety to choose from! Easy to use for my Drayton Manor tickets I printed them straight from the computer and used them a couple of days later. It was great with the postal strike making deliveries late.

    The premier horseracing for 2 a great present! They absolutely loved it also fast delivery! Thank you BUYAGIFT 5 OUT 5!

    I've been really impressed with buyagift.

    Excellent range of products, best prices for these (beats similar websites such as Virgin .etc) and there's plenty of discount codes around on the web.

    This is the second time I have purchased a driving experience for my son, and although I only ordered online the night before I had the delivery arrive in the post the next morning!(not bad considering the postal strikes etc)

    My girlfriend brought me a Ferrari 430 and Lamborghini Gallardo driving day for an anniversary gift. When i attended the driving day the advert of which i brought the experience for was totally wrong and you don't get to drive the Lamborghini LP560 like advertised and when i went to drive the Ferrari 430 they told me i couldn't as Buyagift had only paid them for cheaper option and to drive the cars i had paid for in the first place i had to pay the extra again.     Booked 8 2day alton towers tickets from "Buy a Gift" for a stag do - everything worked fine, and it was a great price!

    It was cheaper than the BOGOF vouchers that you could use. Much quicker entry for ticket collection than everyone else buying on the day.

    received a whale & dolphin watch experience for xmas. in the meantime we found we were expecting baby, so could not use the Buy A Gift voucher. very difficult to obtain a refund as they would not guarantee a refund without the voucher being sent back first even though I'd given them all the details.Out of £60 only £40 refunded. do some online research & book it directly yourself & cut out the useless middleman!

    The overall experience provided by Buy A Gift was disapointing and extremely upsetting. The completly managed to ruin my husbands 30th and I would caution anyone from using this company.

    I was given a Buy A Gift voucher for my birthday for an indoor skydiving experience. Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to use the voucher for some time, and then realised it had expired. I contact BAG by phone and they told me to put my situation in writing. So I wrote and received a (polite but firm) letter back saying that as the voucher had expired, there was nothing they were prepared to do.     I have had 2 Days out vouchers bought for me - on both occassions I have phoned the service provider to book my excursion only to find very strict limitations on when I can attend.     I ordered a letter from Santa for my 7yr old, who luckily still believes in the magic of christmas.The letter arrived today, it was fantastic , she is so excited.All the personal details were correct & a sprinkling of magic fairy dust added to the magic.I emailed to say how pleased I was & got a reply within the hourif your children believe, get this letter for them .

    I ordered a birthday gift for my brother from Buy a Gift. The website was easy to use and I soon received an order confirmation. BUT my brother never received his present. And Buy a Gift never contacted me to say there was any problem. Therefore my brother assumed I hadn't sent him a present while I assumed he had received one. I would never use this company again.

    I got to drive an Astonmartin, it was exciting, the safety aspects of the drive were thorough and the instructors were friendly. You could bring as many people to watch as you wanted. The people that watched were very close to the track so they could watch you and you did not feel as nervous. You could pay extra and drive other cars on the track. You can have the whole experience filmed.

    Not happy with the experience - we only had a 90 min experience which included all safety talks/tea break etc - so got less than an hour of using a segway.
    We felt the experience was poorly organised by Seghire and not good enough value for what we paid.
