Brought mine off a friend for 60 quid, was still in pretty good condition, few specs of rust but thats it. Didn't realise how accurate it could be until i got some decent roundhead pellets for it. Shooting it from about 30 yards I can get the shots in a 1 1/2 radius evrytime and im only a beginner. Very impressed by it, no jams or anything so far within the 2 months I've had it. Highly recomended.

Ive only just bought the gun two weeks ago not fired it until today when i went shooting and it amazed me.my friend came shooting with me and his air rifle runs on co2 so i didnt expect my gun to be any match for his as it cost a 3rd of the price but it very similar and using the fiber optic sights made it easy to hit my target from 20 yards away.its just a great gun

This gun is excellent, I got it for Christmas off my dad even tho i had to put an extra £50 because he's tight. Overall, It's a great gun, I don't really have much to compare it to though as i have only had one other gun which i bought of the local market for £25 that was good for the money but is nowhere near as powerful and accurate as this even though the poor one has a scope on. I've mainly been shooting cans hanging in the trees but am hoping to go out as soon as i get a scope a ...

I think that the Gamo Magnum 3000 has a nice weight, and good accuracy when fitted with a new trigger. Removable sights and sight stop. Nice wood stock. Using just a 4x32 Simmons scope and Norica Apache, .22 pellets give a very nice 1/2 inch grouping at 20 yards. Trigger and gun turns out great once fitted with a 17 GRT-III trigger. Works just like a more expensive gun, good balance and weight and powerful enough for hunting rabbits. Just make sure it's well greased up internally.

I got mine in a tatty condition for 40 quid, covered in rust and farting when fired. Sanded the stock an painted it black, cleaned it up, replaced the spring with one of unknown origin (seemed to fit so i used it), removed some metal from the breach block so it could cock back a bit farther, filed the freeplay out of the trigger, etc, 36 ft/lbs was the end result! Had to forfeit it to the police in the finish up, long story. Still cry over losing it.

The Gamo Magnum 3000 upsets a lot of the lads that run on gas/air, that have paid 3 or 4 times more for a rifle. Although the Logun Solo is a hard gun to beat, the Gamo Magnum gives it a good run for the money. It`s a great gun for the cash, get a good scope, you will love it! My 13 year old son shoots it with good results on a 30 yard range.

Gamo magnum 3000 - my problems first incase anyone in the know reads this...i bought the magnum3000 from a friend who assured me that it was only a few weeks old,& this was obvious from the guns condition. So i was absolutely chuffed to be getting a new gun for half price..now i dont know if it's just my gun in particular? but i'm having trouble finding pellets that actually fit in the barrel..it says .22 on the gun & the SMK .22 slugs that came with it fit perfectly..but theres only 3 or 4 left ...

This Gamo Magnum 3000 is my first air rifle that I have owned but I have shot numerous ones before. I tried a lot of weapons before, finally trying this one and it is the best by far for that type of money. It should really be more for the sheer overall quality it has. Excellent rifle would recommend to anyone.

The magnum 3000 is excellent and is a geat value for money. This is my first air rifle and I am so pleased with it I would never get rid of it. If you have 80-90 quid in you pocket I suggest you buy this gun it is a great value for money and you will be pleased with it when you buy it.
I suggest you buy this gun from the main gamo web site it will be alot cheaper www.gamo-guns.co.uk.
I hope this report will be of use to people looking for a air rifle.
