Shocking service and error with a much delayed fix. I rang them 5 times over 3 months to fix overpayment and refused to pay next bill till credit was returned. Spoke to different people who promised to sort things out. Had even emailed internet bank statement to prove double charging. Instead, phone was cut off for non payment of latest bill instead. Then, to supposedly resolve things, I had to order a bank statement as internet statement not acceptable, which takes another week plus bank... (read more)

I rang Vodafone, as I am on their Vodaphone Live Tariff, and they said it was my sim card, and that it would work in a few days!

Vodafone Live is a very good service provided by Vodafone apart from the fact that sometimes you cannot connect to the service. There are lots of features available such as the latest news, weather, ringtones, logos and wallpapers. However, the main drawbacks is that most things are chargeable such as access to the Sun newspaper's articles. (read more)

Does vodafone live actually work???? Ive lost £££`s downloading ringtones that have failed and vodafone are adamant that my handset is at fault, they refunded a couple but then decided it was my problem and not their technicle problem. (read more)

Vodafone Live! is brilliant, you can find out where you are in the world with the locator, download games, download ringtones, video clips, mobile pets and more! i own a sharp gx10 and the service is great! i would advise everyone to get a vodafone live! handset, and i mean everyone! (read more)

Has Vodafone fully tested this system before they rolled out the service?
It seems that they were in such a rush to launch this new service, that technical testing was restricted to 3 handsets (panasonic GD87, Nokia 7650 and Sharp GX-10). I am not in a position to comment on how well the service operates over these handsets. Although, they seem to work alright in the shop. All I know is that Vodafone's GPRS and MMS do not operate efficiently on the T300.
