    Good Points: are there some?

Bad Points: I am on my third one in my 7 months of service. They are very unreliable, I can't get service anywhere. About 2 weeks into my third one, the ringer doesn't work, nor does the vibrate feature.

General comments: If T-Mobile still offers this Nokia 3390 mobile phone avoid it at all costs. I keep having to call them, and having them send new ones. Upgrade to samsung or something else... nokia phones aren't really any good.

I first got this Nokia 3390 mobile phone in November of 2002, worked great, then in August it wouldn't ring. I was under the impression that people stopped calling me, until I checked my voice mail. The cell phone company switched it free of charge. The replacement I received was terrible. The Nokia 3390 is a very solid phone. I've dropped it all over the place. My friend has the very same phone. She actually had it in her pocket and it fell out and went down the the slit between the elevator and wall and it fell to the basement. There was nothing except for a little chip off the bottom and the phone still works to this day! This phone is well worth the $50 that many people pay for it. I recieved the phone for free because I saw a special promo online through T-Mobil. In an ...

I love my Nokia 3390. It's worked flawlessly for almost a year now. Several friends have the same phone and I haven't heard of any problems from them. The best thing was the phone was free with the plan.

Trust me, I'm NOT exaggerating when I give this phone 0 stars! When I went to change my service, I was talked into trading my Nokia 6190 for a new Nokia 3390. What a mistake. The phone looked promising at the store. It worked very much the same as my 6190, but with some added features. I got home, charged it, then began to try it out. Within a few minutes, the menu beep died. I continued, figuring it was nothing...then the phone cut off. I tried again, and got the same results. Checked the batte ...
