Good Points: Abdominal's sweet sweet rhymes Formats funky beats Perfection!
Bad Points: Nope
General comments: Far cry from the trash that fills the charts. DJ Format, Music For the Mature B-Boy is hip hop at it's best. I've never heard anyone rhyme as well as Abdominal and his lyrisc are funny and clever. Blends perfectly with Formats funky beats.
Only one better hip hop album in existence - DJ format "if you can't join em beat em"

If like Mr 2 point rating you're into ghetto trash then this album is not for you...
If you're into the true positive voice of Hip Hop bought to us by the likes of Tribe and more recently Ugly Duckling and Jurassic 5 then this is the album for you! Great lyrics for a start which Abdominal reels off to perfection, a really funky sound which would even have you grandma trying to break dance. All in all a well put together album by a man who is doing a lot for the British hip hop scene!
