I ordered an XL bunch of flowers to be delivered to my mother that lives 150 miles away for Mothers Day.I had heard nothing from her on the day of delivery so thought i would check out Bunches reviews to see if maybe i had made a mistake using this company. I ordered a bouquet to be delievered for Mother's Day 2013, in the hope that it would arrive the Saturday before Mothering Sunday. The bouquet was bigger than I thought (I ordered one called 'Mother's Pride') and the flowers were beautiful and just as described. They were fresh, and no wilting. I ordered the butteffly bliss flowers for mothers day nice simple flowers. However I didnt realise they were going to be that simple. A relative ordered these flowers for my 97 year old Mums Birthday. I dread to think how much she paid for these half dead specimins.A small bunch of rejects that a supermarket would sell when past their sellby date for half price or less. While the delivery was prompt, the flowers I ordered for my wife were of extremely poor quality. Two dozen roses with a hefty price tag and glowing description is not what materialised. the flowers were very small, slightly shriveled and with browning petals. All in all, very disappointed. My brother sent me a picture of the flowers next to a pint tumbler and they were not even as big as the tumbler. I have never felt so embarrassed in my whole life. I've used Bunches a few times over the years. However recently I've had a few problems. I sent an orchid to my sister for her Birthday. The Orchid was fine the chocolates were missing (freebie) I emailed them and they sent out a replacement box. I then ordered some flowers for my mother-in-laws Birthday these failed to arrive. Very disappointing. Ordered a bouquet from the luxury range. Unable to see the flowers myself as now live abroad but when my disappointed mother in law tells me the flowers would be put to shame by a cheapie bunch from the supermarket, when she's previously been chuffed to bits with previous bouquets, that tells me there's a serious problem. My sister-in-law sent me the freesia "bouquet" for my birthday. The floweres were already wilting and some of the foliage was actually mouldy. The flowers had no scent. Also included was a truly terrible birthday card - really cheap and nasty. I discovered they charged £2.99 for that little extra. Quantity of flowers was poor. I too feel I could have bought the same flowers from a Market for less than a third of the price. A waste of money and cannot recommend to anyone nor use them again. phoned to ask for refund and was asked if i wouldn't mind waiting another day..
told them i wanted a refund straight away, but had to wait for a supervisor to decide. i had to wait for a phone call to confirm this.
I got my refund... no sorry, no apology.. nothing..

I have used Bunches several times and have always had great reports back from my friends.
I recently sent the 'Parisian Pink' bouquet to my friend as it was a new bouquet in their range. The colours were amazing and the quality of the flowers was first rate.
Bunches flowers always seem to last much longer than other florists, they have a two week guarantee but last over four weeks (I once had some Orchids last over ten weeks!).
If you take into account that the prices include delivery...

Many lilies were broken. Fruit pastille bunch was a joke. Most drooping within 48hours.

Asked for delivery on a specific day but were delivered a day early so were left on doorstep in a damaged box.Quality of flowers was worse than getting them from a petrol station.Had to cut off 4 lilys due to broken stems.E-mailed the company to express my views but was totally ignored.Will definitely buy from Interflora and pay the extra for guaranteed quality.Would not recommend bunches to anyone,nor ever use them again. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a day of delivery for postal orders (no one can), we state this is several places on our website including during the order process. To. guarantee a day of arrival we would always recommend courier delivery. Bad quality flowers on the other hand will always be refunded or replaced.
