    Ordered flowers from Bunches for my girlfriend's Birthday from Australia to UK, reasonably priced, communicated order and delivery prompt and efficiently. Goods delivered on time and girlfriend said flowers were just opening up and looked beautiful.Bunches has kept me in the good books with girlfriend and out of the dog house for another year. Thank you

    Very pleased with service with definately order with Bunches again. Delivered on the Tuesday morning following the order being placed on the Sunday! On a budget I ordered the £13.95 bunch, although it was very small my mum was overjoyed especially with the chocs and cheerful delivery man! Will re-order when I have more money to spend as from the reviews on here really sell the larger flower presents well.

    The Mothering Sunday Orchids from Bunches arrived in beautiful condition, the blooms are very fresh and crisp with loads of healthy buds. They are now displayed in a vase and I expect them to last a long time. Thank-you!

    My Order with Bunches for Valentine's Day just never arrived!!!
    Despite placing my order on the 2nd of Feb. Emailed to complain about a delivery not arriving at 8:30AM asking someone to call me, It's now 13:00 - still waiting for a call.Not impressed at all!!

    I love bunches- the orders are exactly what you place they arrive prompt and with free delivery and chocolates you cant go wrong, they usually except discount codes plus they give you posey points when you order which in turn work out as money off vouchers. .
    Also try balloon gifts my friends loved them , the one i had delivered next door on 26th nov 08 is still up and on display!!
    Give bunches a try i am sure you wont be disappointed

    Looking on the net at sending my mother some flowers for her birthday, I came across this site. I'd never heard of them before, but I liked what I saw: the site is very 'flowery', but that just reinforces the fact that flowers and plants is what they sell. Finding what I wanted and ordering were both pretty straightforward, so went ahead and ordered.     I have ordered both online and over the phone on several occasions and my only issue (which turned out to be the fault of Royal Mail) was dealt with quickly and I received a prompt replacement for no extra charge.

    I have used Bunches.co.uk many times and have always found the service very good. The selection offered is brillant and my family and friends have always been very pleased with what I have chosen to send to them.
    Up to now I have always ordered by telephone and cannot speak highly enough of the staff that have taken my orders.
    Bunches gives a quality service with a great range of prices.

    Very few stems in the bouquet, plus scraps of foliage and other greenstuff that looked like sweepings from a florist's workshop floor. When I put the flowers in an average size vase, they disappeared down into it. The chocolate box was 4.5 inches long by 2.5 inches wide and just 1 inch deep and contained a handful of chocolate coins. I won't be telling my son what a waste of his money this was - he would be horrified that he gave such a poor gift to his mother on her 60th birthday.

    Bunches www.bunches.co.uk were 7 days late for a funeral. Flowers looked like they were bought from a garage for £1.99. Quite evidently not worth what was paid.Would not recommend this company to anyone. The service and quality of product should be investigated by trading standards.

    *BEAR IN MIND* that if you're not at home on the day of delivery your flowers will be taken to a (undoubtedly) closed Post Office depot and will stay at least the night there. While this is not a problem for the majority of cases, if you want a delivery for an important day, such as Valentines Day (their most lucrative day of the year) it IS NOT GUARANTEED.     I ordered flowers from Bunches for my mother for her anniversary as my father died recently and knowing she would be upset I thought it would be a nice idea to send her some flowers. Having done a bit of research I chose Bunches, as they appeared to be reputable, dependable and had exactly the flowers I was looking for,.     The flowers delivered by Bunches online florist were of an inferior quality and not fit for the purpose of sending by mail or carrier. The delivery times were absolutely fine, and the packaging fine - the quality of flowers was the only thing to let the company down. But let's face it, it is the quality of the product which is to be received which matters most.

    I ordered a few items on a Thursday for my wife's Birthday to be delivered for the w/e as I was going to be out of the country. The goods were delivered on Wednesday 5 Days later. After contacting the Customer service to get a refund they asked for the goods to be returned before a refund would be made. Thanks very much bunches!

    What's the point of ordering items to be delievered on a particular day if they don't arrive on that day.

    www.Bunches.co.uk is by far the cheapest web page for ordering flowers on the web I have found. They have a superb selection and the choice of adding chocolates and teddy bears etc to the flower order is a nice touch. Long may they prosper and I hope other flower companies follow their lead.
