Good Points: Solid feel with long irons give you confidence. Great feel and touch with shorter irons again give you confidence. Great flight when hit out of the middle of the club. They look great and they eliminate glare off the sun with the gun metal finish. Shafts are superb whatever flex you decide to get

Bad Points: From 5 iron down they tend to get very small heads. OK if you don't make many mistakes but hit it slightly off and you could be in trouble! Over here in the UK they aren't that cheap.

General comments: Overall they are awesome clubs, i never thought i would ever switch to blades but after a few hours using these I could tell they weren't like most other blades. When hit pure they give an awesome strike and you get some very positive feedback off the club head and shaft. Standard grips are also very good. After hitting various other makes of blades the overall strike, flight, feel and consistency was the most impressive with these. I'm so glad i bought them.

If you can stroke it- and those who can KNOW- try this workable stick. Oth ...

The Cleveland Ta-1's are good irons. They feel great thanks to their form-forged technology, which consists of a casting of the club followed by a forging of the club. This process basically makes the club soft enough to feel like butter, but not enough to make the club give off too much excess spin and deform after too much use. When hit pure they fly straight and true, but when hit fat the sole digs in and it is one major chunk. If you have a real problem with hitting shots fat, I would not s ...
