Good Points: Kool Keith is probably the best rapper EVER.
General comments: The beats are amazing, and Moe Love rocks; as bad as Marley Marl - and that's saying something. It's probably the best LP ever made. Check Delta's song at the end of side two. The Godly power of Critical Beatdown.

Ultramagnetic MC's, Critical Beatdown one of the top 10 hiphop albums of the 80's, but it never really entered the Billboard charts. Has nothing to do with the musical & lyrical content of the album, because only a few rap records are better than this one. Critical Beatdown was simply too creative and ahead of the time, so it never got popular. But it even influenced the English techno-combo "The Prodigy" in their music (don't get me wrong, "Critical Beatdown" is real rap music).
