I have been shopping with Sew and So for several years. Whilst I can't find fault with the user friendly website, the fantastic array of products and the speedy delivery. In recent times (most notably today) I have found the call centre staff to be quite unhelpful. It seems as though they believe the market has beeen cornered! Needless these experiences have encouraged me to place orders with other online retailers. As they seem to have become more successful over the years they appear to have lost their personal touch, their desire to achieve a sale and their drive for customer satisfaction. Making use of other UK based stitching websites such as "The Patchwork Rabbit" has also revealed there are considerable savings to be made elsewhere epsecially with cross stitch charts, linen and overdyed threads. Even with postage to be taken into consideration certain US webstites like "Sticth and Frog" have proved to be much cheaper!
