Good Points: Surprisingly a sucessful transition from producer to artist. The album has plenty of big name collaborations as well as commercial hits including, Been around the world, Can't nobody hold me down, Victory, I'll be missing you and It's all all about the Benjamins. Collaborations include Biggie, Jay Z, Lil Kim, Twista and Mase.
Bad Points: A few too many collaborations, fairly weak lyrically and generally a little too commercial.
General comments: Puff Daddy's No Way Out is a good, solid album that defined the time and justified Bad Boy's control of the game. Well produced with catchy tunes and great beats but not much for the hardcore hip hop fan, but then, what were you expecting? Definitely worth a listen however, as it is one of the labels best albums to date, but more of a Harlem world then a Ready to die.
