    Good Points: Easy to use and navigate,
    Clear application form.


    Bad Points: Tenants cannot apply online.


    General comments: www.ukpl.com makes applying for a personal loan a non threatening experience for a homeowner, whether you are after a loan for pleasure (eg buying a car or a boat) or to get you out of trouble (eg debt consolidation).
