    Bad Points: I have received no response to my emails


    General comments: I received confirmation on 28.09.08 that they had taken my money. It is now 28.12.08 and I'm still waiting for the goods. I have emailed them and received no response as yet.

    I would never use this firm again - I am awaiting repayment into my bank account, get the feeling I may be waiting some time! If an item is out of stock why don't they let you know this, instead of estimating a delivery date, taking the money then doing nothing.

    I bought weights 6 weeks ago. The money was taken out my bank account immediately. Since then I have received nothing and have heard nothing from them yet, despite sending a number of emails and countless attempts to get through on the phone.

    Did not receive any email from Totally Fitness with invoice confirming payment or call to say when my order was going to be delivered. Today is the 25/09/2008 and my order has been placed on the 06/09/2008.Having called and demanded a refund. I was called back advising my product has been dispatched today, how convenient!

    Overall I feel I experienced terrible customer service. Would not recommend buying from this store. Having been told I would receive my order in 7 working days or LESS. I am s ...

    Ordered item 13 days ago (was told delivery would take 7-14 days) and have now been told on speaking to the sales department on the phone that they have debited the money but have not given me an official order so it has not been delivered. They are currently looking into it further - not impressed. I had emailed the delivery department's address twice but it was undelivered to the address given.


    Service leaves a lot to be desired. Hopefully they will get back to me on Monday as promised ...

    Terrible service - they took money immediately and website said 7-14 days delivery - I called after 10, and have made half a dozen further calls and keep getting fobbed off with lame excuses and lied to about being called back. They've now had my cash for 24 days and still no sign of my goods or a refund

    Despite previous review, Totally Fitness www.totallyfitness.co.uk was listed number one on Google. Took me straight to the product I was looking for and I had purchased it within 3 mins at a great price. The items (Rowing Machine and a Heart rate monitor) were delivery the same week. How it should be done!

    Totally Fitness is one of the most well laid out and user friendly sites I've been to. Everything I was looking for I found within a few seconds. This was only beaten by the highest level of service experienced in this Country, that I've ever had. Delivered when they said they would, called me back when they said they would. 10/10
