Napalm Death, From Enslavement to Obliterati - Takes off where Scum left off, described as "27 tracks of hate set to music" and I have to admit, it's a fair comment. Most of the technical elements of Mick Harris' drumming have gone out the window, and he plays basically blastbeats all the way through each song, which is brlliant! Lee Dorrian growls the lyrics as they should be, angry as hell! The riffs are amazing as well, but this album is not for the faint-hearted. If you are not a fan of the super-fast style of metal, then stay away from this! The lyrics are thought-provoking too. They really make you think, although you can't hear them, I had to read them in the booklet that came with it! All in all, this album, along with Scum, is ideal for anyone looking up the history of extreme music. Also, this album is for anyone who needs a release and gains it from banging their heads like there is no tomorrow!
