Good Points: The site is well set out and easy to use. Their prices are very good and I found their service and communications excellent. Based on my experience I would certainly reccomend them.
Bad Points: The range of products is fairly limited. I needed 3 specific items but could only get one from AppliancesUWant, however it was a Rangemaster range cooker and so my main kitchen purchase.
General comments: I got a great deal from another company (£365Electrical.com) but when they sent me a confirmation they had not listed the correct model despite my being very, very clear about what I wanted. I checked again around as many suppliers as I could find and AppliancesUWant were the cheapest by far and offered free delivery on the item I wanted. The delivery was quick and efficient, in fact, the driver called us the day before we were due for delivery and said we could have it straight away if someone could be in to accept it! Great value, good coms and no problems. Well done AUW!

One of the items wasn't with them on delivery day so they did not send the consignment but didn't tell me. Second time of delivery the courier company had incorrect information and so couldn't deliver the goods. Customer service was very good when everything was going well and I was met with a brick wall when things weren't going well. I asked for a refund of the delivery charge and I was offered a different delivery day or a full refund of all the goods neither of which is helpful at any stage ...

I have recently bought my Smeg American style fridge from Kitchen Appliances U Want and found them to be very helpful and best of all very cheap. Especially when you factor in the free delivery within the UK.
The woman who I spoke to was very helpful, delivery was prompt and she even gave me a call to ensure everything was alright!
