Good Points: Generally good service and excellent pricing
Bad Points: I think they should stop using Royal Mail for delivery
General comments: Royal Mail failed to deliver my order and returned items to sorting office. Due to RM system it was then 60+ hours before I was able to collect. I feel the supplier should seriously consider a better alternative for deliveries!

I have had contact with 7day they offered free postage on next item purchased. Still no invoice to allow a return, although I don't think I could trust them. to refund £400.00.

In the past I used 7dayshop.com and recommended them to many many people via forums and word of mouth but having just had a very bad experience with goods being sent to the wrong address despite changing it before purchasing and the company's response of, it must be your fault, try the post office. Goods never arrived, I was told that I had to wait a month for replacements or refund. I chose the refund after 30 days and it was actioned fairly quickly. Unfortunately the first and last time I will use this company.

Prompt delivery of ordered goods, no problems whatsoever.
Ordered memory cards and filter from 7 day shop. It came on time, didn't have any problems at all.

I have been using 7Dayshop for the best part of 3 years. Memory cards for my cams, dongles, web cam, filters, batteries, charger, monopod, special offers,etc,etc. I tend to spend about £50 a time which spreads the postage cost. My last delivery arrived this week, within 3 days of ordering, in 4 separate packages - all at the same time!
No complaints here.

7 day shop are the best for price and delivery. I have always found them to be prompt with delivery and if they can't be so they are quick to communicate and keep me informed. Its companies like this one that redeem my beliefs about a rip-off Britain!

Customer service was terrible - They have a hard to find telephone number if you have problems, the customer support just seem to argue, does not accept accountability, or apologise when there are problems (charged 3 times). Took a month to finally get the money back from themI will not be using them again, and would not recommend them at all

Order with 7dayshop was placed on 30th Jul (Wed) but because there were problems with my credit card package was dispatched on 31st (Thu).
It arrived on 5th of Aug (Tue) to Rep of Ireland so in my opinion it was quite fast.
Also CA was very helpful and quick..
I would recommend this shop for everyone.

I note that poor old www.7dayshop.com get a lot of flack in these reviews but I personally wouldn't be without them. It grates me to think that this very busy company gives us amazing prices and because things do go wrong occasionally they get a massive backlash on these pages. I have to ask would we really rather be without them? Ordered an item from 7dayshop and it wasn't compatible with my laptop. Pleaded for them to exchange it and they refused point blank without even considering. Item was unopened and still new so really unreasonable.

I've used the 7dayshop for three years now. I never ordered any more expensive items, but I bought hundreds of various photo films, some filters, some photo paper and 'cd-r'.
I think, the key in being satisfied with the 7dayshop is not to expect that an item will arrive sooner than in 7 - 10 days 'normal', and 3 - 5 days 'rapid' dispatch. 7dayshop www.7dayshop.com offer greater prices on memory cards, batteries and inkjet cartridges. Very good range of photo and digital based products for the keen photographer. They still stock lots of film and photo related stuff - easy to use site Very pleased overall with range of products, great prices and ease of use etc.

I recently returned a faulty dect phone to 7dayshop for a full refund due to the item being faulty. However I am having difficulty in getting a refund for the postage return refund for which they promised under the sales of goods act. I have requested a refund around seven times, they always reply with some stupid excuse. Still no refund, I will never use this company again!

I bought the Infiniti DVD-R Professional 16x (speed) - White Top - 50 Spindle Pack - for a MEGA PRICE at 7dayshop www.7dayshop.com!
First off, they only burn at 2x or 4x, not the advertised 16x. And this isn't just my DVD writer, I can burn DVD's at 8x with it using other brands of DVD.
Then, if you burn DVD's at 4x, 3 out of 4 are failing. So you can only burn at 2x!! Even then, a few every so often.
This is a dreadful product. I sent a review to their website explaining how these DVDs' are ...

I've been using 7dayshop for about 3 years, they are unbeatable for batteries, inkjet cartridges and memory cards. I had no problems with a refund on a cheap MP3 player. I usually order about £30-£40 of bits and bobs and must have saved hundreds of pounds. I would not order high value goods from them as there is little cost saving (I would only buy expensive items mail order from U.K mainland or retail) but on small items under the VAT limit I would definitely recommend them.

I will probably still buy my small items from 7dayshop as the savings are worth a little bit of hassle if something goes wrong, but despite excellent prices on their larger items lenses, cameras etc I would not risk large sums of money dealing with a company with such a poor attitude to their customers when there is a problem. It should be down to the company to refund/resupply the lost items and claim the money back from the courier they entrusted, not down to the unlucky customer to chase his ...
