    I ordered computer RAM then got told that it was on back order after a few day.
    I have waited 2 months and still nothing, I have contacted their customer service and got the same standard automated response "on back order"

    Don't waste your time with this bunch, there are plenty of good online retailers out there that sell their things as cheap if not cheaper than 7dayshop and have a far better customer service department.

    Remember, you can only truly gauge how good a company is when something goes wrong, this company is not worthy of anyone's money.

    Great shop, never any problems. I have been shopping with them for over 6 years mostly with camera gear but also some computer equipment.

    I can't believe they have no customer service phone number!!! I'm sure they used to! I have been waiting for the goods I ordered for over 6 months!!

    I've been using 7 day shop for years and have never been let down. I'm really quite surprised reading some of the comments posted here, as this has never been my experience of dealing with this company in at least 5 years. I have had a couple of faulty goods but these have been dealt with efficiently and returns are freepost.

    Ordered video camera and two memory cards. I received video camera and 1 memory card separately. Never received second memory card I ordered but was charged for it. Emailed three times via the contact form on the site, but have had no response at all. No phone number available for customers so no choice now but to pursue chargeback from my credit card company- all very annoying. 7dayshop might be OK if there is no problem with your order but do not expect any communication from them when problem ...

    On cancelling after 12 days without a despatch confirmation from 7dayshop, I was advised that it had been despatched two days previously. Eventually arrives 15 days after order date. They will refund the purchase price if returned, but despite it being sent either after my cancellation, or three days before they advised me of despatch. They are refusing to pick up the bill for the return, (secure), postage.

    These cameras were cheap. I wish I had gone for the Kodak ones now. Cameras have been a problem from beginning.
    The main problem is not being able to speak to someone.

    I have found 7dayshop awful when there is a problem.

    7dayshop provided an excellent service. I have been using 7dayshop for a number of years now for memory cards , batteries , cases , camera stuff etc. I have never once had an issue with the service or the delivery timescales. The fact that they split the delivery up into smaller packages is a great idea.

    I ordered some Fujitsu camera betteries from 7dayshop.com but nothing arrived. I contacted them and they said that they had sent it to an old address that I had used before and not the one I specified. After I contacted that address (I moved) and found that they hadn't received anything from 7dayshop.com either but 7dayshop.com claimed they had dispatched my order so they were unwilling to do anything about it.

    7dayshop is an excellent service,prices and quality goods. Been using them for a number of years now never let me down yet. Example's of quality and excellent price are there own brand digy batteries and printing paper.

    Used 7dayshop a few times now for Canon inks&paper and never had a problem.Prices are reasonable,items despatched fast,well packed,and split into several parcels to avoid paying VAT if total goes over £18.All in all I will be using them again in the furture for smaller items.

    7dayshop is a good Company,never had a problem so far.Always fast and effecient,and they split the parcels up if they can so you avoid the vat.

    Not impressed at all. I ordered a Canon Battery Grip and spare battery from 7dayshop. Got a message after a few days to say the grip was out of stock. Using their 'support ticket system' I asked for the item to be dispatched by Friday or cancel the order (it was Tuesday). They replied saying the whole order was cancelled.

    The next day the debited the cost of the battery from my bank. 7 day later no battery had arrived. Checking the order on their site said the grip had been cancelled but ...

    I have waited nearly 3 weeks for an item from 7dayshop due to backorder i then sent them an email asking when would i would receive my item they cancelled my order! So angry

    Very prompt dispatch of goods, wide selection and competitive prices. Have bought memory cards, baterries and filters with no problems.

    Would recommend 7dayshop to friends.

    I agree with another point well made that people only shout when they have a problem so I had to write a review. I have used 7dayshop many times and never had a single problem. The prices are fantastic, especially for memory cards. Always my first port of call.

    I have been dealing with this company for many years, but their service has deteriorated. I stopped dealing with them because they got so bad. As I am now virtualy house bound, I decided to give them another try, at first attempt not too bad delivery, slow but goods arrived OK. Last and FINAL attempt a disaster!

    Some reviewers praise this company and quite rightly so when things go according to plan.
    My estimation of a company is formed when things go wrong and 7dayshop.com show themselves to be arrogant, unhelpful and prone to obfuscation.

    I have ordered from 7 day shop over the years and not one transaction has been perfect. For the items I was prepared to wait for the wait was eventually worth it.
