Good Points: A really reliable mobile phone, which looks good and is easy to use.

Bad Points: The size of the keys and the size of the screen may be a problem for those with a visual impairment and or arthritis.

General comments: The size of the Ericsson T20 mobile phone has both good and bad points. It's good for those who like something compact and light, but it's bad for those who have difficulty with the size of the screen and scrolling through the menus. Also the keypad is tiny.

It's a mobile which perhaps is ideal for the younger generation, and women may find it easier to use. It is reliable and long lasting with a battery to match.

I'm using this for over a 4 years. So far no problems found. I simply like this because of its hardy design & robustness. last week it droped over 2 meters & hit the ground hard -nuthing happened. I'm a very often user of keyboard for sms'es. After all those years of hard usage it still functions like new, No ageing problems. It's flap activeness, movement, design perfect.
Besides all of it's features which I like most is I don't have to speak loudly when answering, as mouth piece is fixed on f ...

I love the phone, the games are very original and funny, but you can't have more than 10 voice labels or 10 personalized ringtones, the battery can last up to 5 days continously but when you reach half it start to red blinking, you can use the latest sonyericsson accesories with no big problems.

Basically it is a very functional and solidly built phone of a no-nonsense variety and does not add cost for the frills a busy professional is unlikely to use ever. Good reception and transmission with exceptionally good voice quality, and very good battery life. One would have preferred it without flip and protruding antenna and with bigger screen size, but not at the cost of reception - transmission quality, and value for money. To sum-up this is a very good quality phone for those who want pr ...

I love this phone! I'm so glad I didn't get a boring run-of-the mill nokia or something... it's really groovy and everyone compliments me on it as well.. mine has the Tombraider add on thing which is rather good, you can draw your own pictures and download things off the net... it's a good, stable all round phone, has good sound when your talking. I'm so glad I got it.

I luv my Ericsson T20e mobile phone.
    It's small and cute,
It has really good games on it.
It also has WAP which i dont go on much. I don't really like the aerial because it's too chunky but apart from that, this phone is the best of the ericsson models.

I only bought this Ericssion T20 mobile phone as an emergency replacement for my bust 3210. Best £90 I ever spent!

The Ericsson T20 is quite a good mobile phone which has many features and is made of materials of good quality. Its display is small and this can be a constraint for someone who plans to use WAP. Finally, the Ericsson T20s has a very good battery (Li-Ion).

i would really like it if the Ericsson T20 mobile phone used the voice rec/play feature to make a voice note system, also if the voice could be said when a name on the contact list rings (if they have a voice note).
    good fone, good features
perhaps erricson can introduce sms ringtone acceptance and logos.

The Ericsson t20s is a nice small mobile phone and cheap as well, a little bit bulky width wise, excellent games (Tetris, Pacman(renamed e-man but it is exactly the same as pacman), ballpop, erix) has good reception and looks cool. No predictive text though but messaging is still nice and simple although not quite up to the nokia standard. I have had two of these phones(first one broke) and they are excellent phones for the price. The only major problem is on Orange where the phone seems to work ...

The Ericsson T20 mobile phone is very strong and has great games. One bad point-you can't have a screen saver.

I like this Ericsson T20 mobile phone a lot. This is my seventh mobile in 10 years and I think that having had this phone for a year, it'll be the one I'm most sad to see go, apart from maybe an ancient Nokia brick I had c.1995. This was when Nokia made big, serious phones for business users rather than for 10 year olds. However I'm due a free upgrade so I'll probably go for the T65, keeping the T20 as a trusty standby. My 14-year old daughter hated the phone for SMSing so this might be worth ...

I purchased an Ericsson T20e mobile phone solely on looks. I always wanted a flip phone handset and the Ericsson's have a very nice range. My first impression of the T20e was how tiny it is, it sits neatly on the palm of your hand and is extremely lightweight even with battery. The design of the phone is very stylish, I particularly like the torquise blue LCD screen and the flip cover which covers the keyboard and answers and terminates calls automatically. The keyboard on the phone is somewhat ...

i got the Ericsson T20 mobile phone because it looked good, and to be honest i didn't want another nokia like everyone else had. At first i really liked it because it was fashionable, nice to use and had some useful features (eg, keeping sent messages) but it soon began to annoy me.
the phone is particularly slow, especially when on the message screen, and when writing messages it would be about 10 letters behind. Also when you were writing messages it would take forever to scroll up and read ...

The ericsson t20 is a great stylish phone. Although slighty bulky it is very small and not too heavy. The phone on the whole is very strong and reliable (even fell out of my pocket at 40mph on a scooter it still lives.) But the flip is quite weak but even though it doesnt flick properly it still functions normally! All in all this phone is an excellent phone which in my eyes beats the 3310's ass!

If you want a phone different from all the Nokias and will get you attention, then the Ericsson T20 is the phone for you. It has very good features and is easy to use. The active flip is one the best features, accepting calls in style and bringing the microphone right down to the mouth so there is little enviromental noise on the other end of the call. Despite the setbacks of not having predictive text input this is a superb phone and better than all phones on the market at its low selling price ...

The Ericsson T20e is a lovely little fone! I bought her to house a spare sim, and have ended up using her alot! Have bought a chatboard as I am a major texter! I love the fact that the alarm signal can be chosen from all the available ringtones. The composer isn't as advanced as those on Nokia mobiles with only the one tempo setting but quick tunes sound good on it. Battery life is excellent, vibrate alert is strong, menu system is like an index card and easy to navigate, the animations are bril ...
