Good Points: Size, Size, Size.
Bad Points: 1 Megapixel.
General comments: Obviously, the size of this Sony DSC-U10 digital camera is it's big draw. I bought the 1 Megapixel version during a recent trip to Tokyo. With it being so small, you can take it (almost) anywhere, allowing for some great candid shots. The LCD is clear - if a little small. I found the pictures great - much better than my Nikon 885 (that's another story) - but obviously pixelated. The small image size - about 400K - makes them easy to e-mail direct without faffing around in Photoshop or other.
The Memory Sticks are not to everyones liking but as I have a socket on my PC it's really useful. A 128Mbyte stick will hold about 400 snaps - cool.
A word of warning, mind. My instructions were all in Japanese and I made the mistake of connecting the camera to my laptop before installing the driver. DO NOT DO THIS. The driver will not install afterwards and now I cannot use the camera on that PC at all.
A great point 'n' shoot anywhere camera. Thank you Sony.
