Good Points: Open source, Easy navigation through administrator section, simplicity, free.

Bad Points: Commercial, does not support SSL, there is no CGI-mode support, is not XHTML Compliant.

General comments: Generally this product is of great help to those who want to make a powerful and low-cost website. It is also good for making less powerful websites, like info sites of a person with only front end access.
I have a big portal which is built on Joomla 1.12 Stable, and it's working just fine (it is stable). Although I have installed lots of new components, modules and bots, Joomla is very stable. Few minor errors may appear due to incorrectly setting charset encoding, possibility of not having correct language file in component, module or bot that you install.
Strongly recommend to all people with low budget and high ambitions.

This is honestly one of the best cms systems I have ever seen, it is easy and working within a browser it's all real-time.
The authoring abilities of what is referred to as remote authors is excellent.

You can then update your website as often as you like - every day, every hour or every few minutes - ensuring that your conte ...
