The most successful band of the original punk era! Blondie in their prime, were simply a fantastic group. This compilation is basically a series of hits, but it is certainly credible, and shows the band were actually quite a versatile and supremely inventive group, led by Clem Burke's wonderful powerhouse drumming. Like all the great acts, Blondie had a super drummer, meaning they could subtly mix dub, rock and roll, and disco beats into their material.
