    Best price by at least a couple of quid. Here we are one month on and i still have not received my item! They should not say they have them in stock and then suddenly announce they have gone on to back order. It is only a flash drive! For the time spent waiting for the item i would stick with Play or Amazon next time.

    I order a DVD about 13:00 on the 18th Jan and it arrived this morning at 09:00 19th Jan. Yes indeed... less than 24hrs from factory to my door, thats a very impressive service!
    Oh.. and the product was 10 less than at play.com and 20 less than HMV. Delivery was also free!

    Highly recommended!

    I had to write a review about dvd.co.uk - they are one of the quickest and cheapest companies I've ever ordered from. Every time I've ordered something before work, around 8am - 9am, it has been shipped within the hour, and I received it the next morning (in one case the morning after, but still quick).

    I was most impressed with Guitar Hero 2 on the Xbox, as it was £50, which is £15 cheaper than anywhere else I found it - with free delivery. I received it via next day business pos ...

    I ordered a memory card from DVD.co.uk and the order was cancelled, with no email notification. I ordered again, and I was asked to telephone (at my own expense) to confirm my details. I did so, and the customer service assistant could offer no explanation as to what the problem was. I waited for five days for the item to come into stock, based on the 'Stock arriving in 48 hours' notice on the DVD.co.uk website. Item still not in stock. Finally cancelled - could not be bothered waiting.

    I was so impressed with how quickly these guys shipped the item to me. I ordered first thing on Wednesday and it arrived on Thursday morning! I had to give them a review after service like that. The price was great too and delivery was included in the price. After this purchase I ordered a memory card from (4Gb for £16.99!) and it arrived after two days. I couldn't be happier and would certainly recommend them

    I WOULD NOT recommend using www.dvd.co.uk

    I ordered a game for PS2 called Guitar Hero, and I have not received the order after 1 month.

    After sending numerous emails, the company say that the courier has advised them that we have signed for the order, but when we ring the courier they say that they are aware that we haven't received it, and that dvd.co.uk need to file a compensation claim.

    Dvd.co.uk will not send a replacement or issue me with a refund, and they are not answering my em ...

    The DVD.CO.UK website tells the buyer than the item should arrive within 1-4 days when they really should have stated 1-4 weeks. When you track your order it tells you the item has been dispatched when it obviously hasn't, after waiting for 3 weeks. I would rather buy from a user on eBay than this company!

    I thought DVD.co.uk was too good to be true when I stumbled across this site whilst christmas shopping.

    Seems I was right........

    All the the items that I wanted were recent releases but all of them said that they were out of stock and that more stock would arrive in about 7 days.

    Happy to wait a week I made my order and left them to it.

    Three weeks later, still no stock.

    I have used DVD.co.uk between half-a-dozen and a dozen times and their prices have always been exceptional which is why I've used them. The amount of time it takes to deliver a DVD is exceptionally quick and much faster than their competition. A good example is I made an order late Sunday night and received my DVD on the Tuesday. I haven't had any problems with DVD.co.uk but I expect their customer service would be quick and efficient. I definitely recommend this company!

    Ordered Gangs of New York from DVD.co.uk,then noticed the price reduced.Rang and got called a cheapskate by Customer services when I asked for the new price. Cancelled my order and never again!

    Dvd.co.uk is a site I found a little while ago through an internet rewards site (ipoints.co.uk) because they were offering 2 DVDs for the price of one on selected items. It seems this is something they do quite often and since then they've quickly become one of my favourite places to shop for DVDs online.
