    Good Points: I love the smell walking into lush, the people are very friendly and helpful. The products are all made with mostly natural ingredients and they are all out to see and touch. There are always testers and in-store demonstration and my local lush is very keen to hand out samples.


    Bad Points: I find it hard to get ANYTHING under £5-£10.


    General comments: I have been shopping in Lush since it first opened and I feel its almost "sold-out" on its original customers and views. It used to be about getting fresh natural products as cheaply as possible to us but now it seems there are more and more additives creeping into their products... and the prices!! I am a student and, although I adore lush, I find it hard to get ANYTHING under £5-£10. The trading standards amount is often huge and much more expensive than I want so it would be much more helpful to be able to choose your own size (i do realise they do this but I mean any size at all)... and yes they do often cut bigger amounts than you want.Although I have not ordered anything off the net I have seen the amount it costs (up to £75 just for P&P) and I do think that is a little ridiculous.
    I have mixed views about Lush's views on the way its running its company and the pricing, but I have to admit that I do adore the shop!! After you forget how much money you have spent and use the products you fall in love with it - amazingly presented, scented, very high quality....and something feels less "fake" than other bottled products.
    Overall: I LOVE LUSH! (just sort your pricing out & give us more products!!)

    Lush - Sometimes there are just not enough hours in the week to do some proper retail therapy. As in proper, I mean the touching and sniffing kind, the sort when you wander aimlessly round shops for hours at a time, and shop until you drop. Every time I walk into a Lush store, I come out with a bulging bag and an empty purse.     In addition to raising the prices on certain products a hundred-fold, they seem to mistake their "funky, hip" feeling for an excuse to treat their customers poorly, both in-store and online. Both my sister and myself submitted suggestions that were ignored repeatedly and only when I said they had failed to honor a coupon for a free soap did they bother to reply.     The first thing that strikes you about the Lush website is that it's quite unlike any other. It's just the right side of kitsch, just the right side of garish, and just the right side of badly designed not to put you off.
