    Good Points: Pour tap water in the top; get filtered water out of the bottom! :-)
    LCD counter built into the lid tells you when the cartridge needs changing.


    Bad Points: Small capacity compared to some other jugs.


    General comments: I bought mine for £4.99 from Superdrug for use at work, both to filter water to drink, and to filter water to put into the kettle to stop lime scale build-up. It's not as well-constructed as the Brita jug I use at home, but to be honest, if you can buy one for a fiver and use it for the 150 cycles that will exhaust the cartridge that comes with it, and then throw the whole jug away and buy a new one, it still works out cheaper than buying 1-litre bottles of mineral water!

    Superdrug (well, my local store anyway) don't sell cartridges for it, so I can't comment on the long term value-for-money aspect of the jug as a whole, but as an out-of-the-box product I would rate it quite highly.
