    Good Points: Not had the phone long but I'm very impressed. I had to buy it as I lost my old phone (which was my pride and joy) but the e710 has easily made up for my lose.


    Bad Points: None that I know of at the moment but I'm not saying that some may occur.


    General comments: Overall the e710 gets a big thumbs up from me. I'm well impressed but Samsung always seem to do a good job, but cracks may appear only time will tell, but at the mo...... very impressed. kiE

    I have had loads & loads of mobile phones including the gd87, x70, gx10i, gx20, e700, t630, p400 and nokia 7600. But this Samsung SGH E710 beats them all hands down - fair enough the menu looks a bit naff but its easy & simple so anyone can use it with ease. I was impressed with the e700 its pretty much the same but slightly better cause its got a video mode with crosshair & a flash which actually does make loads of difference when using it. Battery life is mint and so is the reception.

    Samsung SGH E710 - I like this phone. I know a lot of people have put it down because of the menus. My friend has a Samsung E700 and I actually prefer the menus on the E710. OK, so they're all the same, red, white and grey, but it is so much more simple to use then the E700; I find the E700 menus confusing, these ones are nice and simple.

    I love the Samsung E710, small compact easy to use although there are not any games built in the phone, the ringtones are great and the camera is very good for a phone. Video capture is amazing and the style of the phone cannot be beat. Better than the Samsung e700.

    The Samsung E710 Phone is Outstanding. The camera quality is fantastic and the videos are also high quality for a phone. The ringtones are very loud but when the phone is closed and you are in an area of high noise you can hardly hear it which is also very bad that you can't have the phone on ring and vibrate simultaneously.     I got my E710 from Vodafone to replace my Samsung T100. I thought that it would have even more amazing graphics than my T100, well it doesn't.
    Vodafone have replaced the samsung firmware with nasty vodafone ones.
    Basicly red and gray badly designed graphics and screensavers to give you nightmares!! Fonts are tiny, everything is boring. Fancy doing that to this phone.

    As I had owned Samsung E700 before, I ordered this one with confidence and just couldn't believe what Vodafone has done with it!

    Here I am, holding one of the most advanced mobiles on the market and also one of the most expensive ones, yet I can not even do the simplest of things such as changing the color scheme! Instead, in place of the most beautiful graphics I have ever seen (E700), I have to look at the ugly Vodafone color scheme, plain white background, simplified icons and plain font.. ...

    I got the Samsung E710 in mid-June, after searching around desperately for a phone complete with video that wasn't a brick. The E710 is fantastic - the camera and video are both great and the ringtones are really clear. There are many features and it is an amazing phone. The stylish design sets it apart from other flip phones and there is also no arial! The only down side is the extremely poor battery life - especially after using the camera or video.     This Samsung E710 mobile phone is a mobile technology breakthrough, you can do so many things with it including make a mini movie and show it to all of your friends and much more. This phone is made for pure pleasure and youth, I would highly recommend the sansung E710 to any one with style and a sense for fastion.

    The Samsung E710 really is an excellent mobile phone, with many great features, very beautiful design, very handy, nice reception, photos are really good quality and colour, the menus are very easy to use, most of the ringing tones which are provided with the phone are not very good, but more can be downloaded via the internet.     I purchased the Samsung E710 around 3 weeks ago from the Vodafone website as it was on special offer. First impressions of the mobile phone were extremely good as I had already had a little play with it in a Vodafone shop.

    Many people are complaining about the battery life of this handset but what they are forgetting is that it takes at least 4 full charges and 4 full discharges to obtain the full lifetime of the battery. I have found the battery life to be very satisfactory as I use the cam ...

    The Samsung E710 is a very good mobile phone (BEST I HAVE EVER HAD) i upgraded from a 3g (huge!!) phone and i like it alot more i love the idea of video playback on a non video calling phone i also love the style of it. I got it secand hand but this made no difference and i have had around 3 people asking me if they can swop for the e700 (i said no way).

    This Samsung E710 is my second experience of a camera phone.
    The image quality is first class and so easy to download onto PC.

    The moving video camera is a bit querky - (Probably will use it once in a blue moon).

    Overall an excellent choice. I am well pleased!!

    Even though this Samsung E710 mobile phone looks great and I'd heard lots of good things about it it left me very disappointed. Having had to send the 1st one back as it kept turning itself off I'm now in the process of exchanging the 2nd for a GX30 as I can't send picture messages and I'm having to charge it every night. The E710 hasn't many useful features, I had a T100 just about a year ago and apart from the advantage of picture taking it's not that much better!

    I would recommend this Samsung E710 mobile phone, being a flip phone without an aerial is superb,as i always used to call people as a result of not locking the keys. The last phone i had was a motorola flip phone and the aerial made it awkward sometimes getting the phone out of a bag or pocket. The external light as a way of notification of recieving a text is brilliant, especially at work.     I am very happy so far with my Samsung E710, which I had upgraded from a Samsung T100.
    It is very compact for a mobile phone packed with so many features, where do I start?

    The outer 'OLED' screen is very good as the time and icons display stay lit up, even when the phone is idle. I find this very handy in darker conditions and its not too bright when left on at night.
