Good Points: Excellent service from all staff on board, travel arrangements very good. Cabins immaculate.
Bad Points: Guests not adhering to ships rules despite complaining nothing was done about this. Hygiene standards by guests very poor.
General comments: Children in adults Solarium, entertainment mostly directed at Latin guests. All new Years Eve entertainment in Centrum which could not accommodate all guest's. Nothing much going on elsewhere
