We have just returned from a 14 day transatlantic cruise with Royal Caribbean on the Vision of the Seas. I was very annoyed when 14 days before leaving we were told that the Windjammer resturant would be closed for a complete overhaul. This project we found out had been planned back in November 08. We arrived 2 days early to see the sights at Marina del Rey, Venice Beach, and Santa Monica. We decided to blow the wad and stayed at the Marriott MDR for $200/night, across the road from Mother's Beach. Our eighth floor room offered a great view… Read Full Review
