Good Points: Smooth drive like driving around in an arm chair. But thats about it on the good stuff.

General comments: My Saab 9-5 was expensive to repair and service. High Oil useage (and when I say HIGH I mean HIGH, drinks it like it was petrol. Poor quality of componant parts. In three years New Sat Nav, New leather seats and after 45,000 miles and two months out of warranty needing a new gear box approx cost £3000.00. Saab customer care and service RUBBISH. Saab offered to pay approx £700 of this bill which was totally unaceptable so im now forced to get shot at auction before gear box finally packs in. The only good thing I have found about Saab is North City Saab who have been excellent in their approach to all the issues experienced out of four dealers this is the only one to take some ownership of the issues (Highly recommended Dealership - Shame they look after SAAB).
I would never darken my drive way with another SAAB. About to get an Audi as I understand thier customer service is alot better.
