    Good Points: I love the machine when it's working; HOWEVER...


    Bad Points: I've had my machine in for repair for a certain problem several times, and the service technician has repeatedly told me that the problem is the brand. I might add that this happens more frequently when using heavy duty thread.


    General comments: In all fairness to the machine, I am using it to function as a heavy duty, commercial type machine, which it is not. For average home use, it would probably be superb. If this problem could be worked out, I would more than likely buy another one, and that says a lot!

    The machine gets stuck during stiching, and the needle will not move, and there is a heavy gathering of thread under the material.
