    Good Points: Wonderful nature experience in Alaska, and the ship is spotlessly fantastic. Service was top notch as well.


    Bad Points: You need a jacket for Alaska, your swimming trunks or bikini won't do well on deck.

    Infinity from Celebrity Cruises is undoubtedly the best cruise experience I've had.

    All we had on the Infinity Alaska Celebrity cruise was frustration, disorganization, missed experiences that we saved for and looked forward to for months. We received a $500 on board credit and an offer for $200 per person off a future Celebrity cruise. As if.

    Although Celebrity is supposed to be a premium line, it is not. I've had better food on many other ships. The policy of not making announcements produces chaos. Disembarking at San Francisco on June 9 was a disaster;nobody knew what was going on. The entertainment headliners were all 2nd or 3rd raters.
    I'd rate Celebrity better than Norwegian-American and Royal Caribbean, but worse than Holland-America, Cunard, Princess, and other lines I know.
