    Good Points: Looks nice. This review is for a dishwasher. EDW5500DSS Icon is the model. I could not find the correct category.


    Bad Points: Does not dry dishes.


    General comments: I replaced the 19 year old Whirlpool, so it would look nice by my Icon Electrolux refrigerator. It was the wrong thing to do. I now must wash the dishes by hand, place them in the dishwasher for the cycle, and then take them out and dry them by hand.
    Official Electrolux response to my 13 calls for help.... WE can't do anything for you. One of the poor telephone reps, appears to be trying to get help for me from the Electrolux Corp.
    I have owned this worthless dishwasher for two months. It has never worked. Electrolux do not care. Electrolux has no visible system to handle complaints.
    Please HELP.
