Similar thing happened to me. First time i ordered was this bikini top nd i received it on time BUT with the straps missing so had to return it via mybybox and received a new order with the straps and they offered me a refund, which im not sure i received. Then i wanted to order again, two items. Received them both. Tried on the pants, didnt fit. Ordered new size. That size is out of stock. Oh no - we're sorry the straps were missing from your Bikini Monique. If you ever have any issues with an order, then just give us a shout so we can sort out a replacement asap. “Great products, SLOW shipping”

I adore the products on ASOS, and have frequently found some good buys. However, the shipping is consistently slow— as in, it typically takes at least 8 weeks for my ASOS purchases to arrive, sometimes longer. I ordered some summer maternity items about a month ago and paid for priority shipping because I need these items ASAP (it's not like they'll still fit next summer!) “Awful customer service”

I love ASOS, I shop there all the time and I still will but their customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. When you try to get in contact via email they are adamant that you catagorise your question which, most of the time, ends in them giving you the answer they think you need and not telling you any other contact options. “Dress looked good but shipping sucks”

I ordered my grad dress from asos, a month before my grad. I was told it would arrive by may 9th at the latest,yet it came on the 22nd!! I only have a week not to make alterations which is costing me a lot. The dress looks good tho, exactly like the pictures and it's good quality. Hey AlexSilaghi, Thanks for the feedback, It's very appreciated . I completely understand why you'd want more sizes and measurements on site. After all, returning a wrong size can be a hassle. That's why we've made our returns incredibly easy to follow and complete. We do have our ASOS size guide on site which gives you all of the basics when looking for that right size. We also have our Visualizer which can be found above our size guide. This has all of the measurements that you'll need on it. From length, to check and shoulder. The other branded items we'll always recommend using the brands own size guide for help. We're always looking for areas to improve and this is one that we'd love to explore further in the future. Regarding the price difference on our app. The prices between them are the same and we'd never charge you more on one and less on the other. Our app in merely a quicker and easier way to shop on the move, being your number one fashion destination where ever you are. As we have quite a few sales on site it's possible that when checking on site and then again on our app it falls out of sale. “Shoe sizes wrong”

I have ordered two pairs of Asos branded shoes in the last couple of months, I am a size 13 so i was delighted when I saw their large range of big shoes. However when I received the shoes they were much too small, fitting like an 11 rather than the 13 I expected. “Problem with delivery.”

I shop with asos not the first time and I absolutely fall in love with it... BUT my last purchase it's something ridiculous! I've order dress at 23.12.13 and at 24.12.13 according email it was despatched and it has to be here 3.01.14. They also provide me with a link where I can track my order. I also had problems with their carrier, they even forged my signature and lied about the delivery, I was 20 miles away in a meeting when I alegedly signed for the parcel which never did show up. still waiting for a refund several weeks later.

“Great stuff, terrible service”

I've been shopping off Asos for years, but recently, their service has taken a serious dip. For one, they now charge custom duties BEFORE shipping (international), which is ridiculous! Their new shipping partner assumes that customs will be charged (which is not true because it depends on how the customs officer values your item) and won't ship until you pay a hefty 30 percent duty. We've changed the way our shipping works in some countries; the feedback received was that customers would prefer more up front customs costs so that they could make a decision to pay this or to return the goods for a refund at no charge. “Disappointed ”

I bought a dress from Asos, the delivery was very quick and efficient. I opened my parcel and instantly fell in love with the dress, it's gorgeous. The price was also very reasonable at £36. However, when I tried it on, the zip doesn't come down all the way, it gets stuck. So I cannot get the dress on or off. “Unsealed beauty products”

I had ordered thrice from ASOS.com and there was no problem but I noticed the beauty products I ordered were not sealed, no manufacture date , expiry date , price tag etc. This is a serious let down. In regards to the customs fees any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. “Third Time is Not a Charm!!!”

This is my third time ordering from ASOS and each time I have ordered the size has never been correct even after measuring before placing the order. I truly don't get it! i accidentally ordered some shoes from asos (such a stupid accident i know i know)so around $183 was taken out of my account, i received the email of the confirmation of payment and immediately no more then 10 minutes after getting the confirmation email i canceled the order. “Got a derriere? Don't buy their jeans!”

ASOS is hit and miss for me. Negatives: I am a normal UK size 8 but when trying to wear one of the ASOS brand jeans, they feel like I am trying to yank on a 6 or a 4. They barely get past my knees, partially that might be due to a lack of stretch. I am 5 foot 4 and 118 pounds, so I am not heavy.

a while a go i ordered some tights and above the knee socks from them and they were pretty nice and of good quality. i liked those items so i decided last week to buy more above the knee socks as well as a pair of "mock thigh high tights". let me just say the quality definitely went down. the tights got runs in them just from me trying them on....... the socks are okay but the quality is definitely not as good as before. probably won't be buying anymore of their brand of hosiery in the future… Read Full Review

“Sort out the processing times ”

The waiting for items to come from asos takes pretty much forever on standard delivery since they take ages to process the order it's been twice now that orders take more than 3 days to process and to be shipped meaning it takes a almost a week which is pretty slow for today's standards and I've purchased from other retailers online that are much faster at shipping orders during peak periods. I purchased one pair of jeans, one pair of tights, one pair of pants and two tops. I paid for two day delivery from the UK to Australia.
