“WORST SERVICE EVER, ITEMS MISSING, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE,”

ASOS are undeniably the worst service i have received from any company! Their poor excuse for customer service has got me astounded. I did not know a company was capable of such poor service. I placed an order, when the order arrived two main items were missing (jackets for a ski holiday in Christmas). ITS past 48 hours now and I am still waiting.

It is virtually impossible to contact asos. The website does not give you an option to contact them but a series of answered general questions. If you do lodge a contact form and are fortunate to receive a reply, it is a general evasive reply. Hey, there are 6 options available to pop an order back to our return facility. Parcelforce isn't one of the available service partners for returns. We ask that you please allow 7 working days for our returns facility to receive your return and up to 72 hours thereafter for the processing of multiple item/ order returns. if this period has passed and you've not had a returns email, a refund or exchange (subject to stock) will be issued. please fire your order number, account email address 7 message over in a private message on Facebook or by DM on twitter, so this can be looked at more closely. “missing delivery, mishandled refund, unstable returns”

Part of my order went missing, so I had to ring up. It's hard to find their phone number; I actually had to look elsewhere on the internet. They said they'd refund me but they didn't. If I hadn't checked they would have effectively taken £100 from me. I chased them again and this time hopefully my refund will be processed. I have just received an email from ASOS- the usual standard rubbish response. Once again, they have proved how incompetent they are. It is very interesting reading the reviews below and how the standard response from ASOS is 'contact us again via Twitter or Facebook'- why should anyone need to keep repeating this process? Please do not ask me to do this- just read the emails- I addressed them to Jason- they shouldn't be to hard to find! I am still out of pocket- I think this is theft! I finally received a full refund and yesterday it appeared in my bank account. Thank you. Unfortunately, as stated earlier, I will not be visiting the ASOS website again! This experience, along with a few others, has completely put me off.

I feel that all of this unpleasantness, and that of other reviewers on this website, could be avoided if your customer service representatives took time to actually read the emails they receive. Surely, an appropriate response would also lessen their workload. On reflection, I can't help feeling that perhaps this is not the fault of the customer service representatives but is the fault of poor management and a target driven culture.

We never ignore our customers but are extremely busy for the mo. We've added notes on the website to keep our customers in the loop with just how busy we are and advised there may be a delay with receiving a response. Liar. Just check the MANY complaints on Facebook, Twitter, Trustpilot and here which proves your company is run by a bunch of muppets and have let thousands of people down with non deliveries, damaged goods and deliveries sent to the wrong addresses. So enough with the bull. You are just making yourself looks stupid now with all these feeble excuses and lies.

“The worst customer support”

We have returned back a few items back a month ago, no refund yet. The shipment company who delivered the items back claims that the items have been delivered, but Asos do not refund us. We have sent many emails to them (the only way you can contact them), the only reply that we got was wait some more days because the processing of your returned items takes time. As soon as this timeframe has passed or if you've shown us your proof of postage, we can get this refunded for you right away. “Absolute rubbish”

I cancelled my order as it was way past delivery date. I have received part refund but they have kept the postage fee for something I never received. I am now trying to get this refunded back but no-one from the company has bothered to reply to my emails. I cannot comment on quality of product as I never received it!! I do not want to contact you via twitter! All the relevant details, including my ASOS case number, are in the numerous emails I have sent you. My suggestion is someone just replies to the email, it would be so much simpler and in my opinion, far more sensible.

Het, not what we like to hear. I'm sorry your order was never delivered, that definitely shouldn't have happened. When an order is cancelled, not only are the items refunded but the delivery charge as well. It's been a lil' hectic since the recent promos & with increased demand, so it's take longer than we'd like to get to all our customer contacts. Rest assured, your email will be attended to. “Totally misleading website”

I placed an order for the first time and purchased for almost $400 and the website promised a discount with a promo code saying, if you order oover certain amount, you receive a certain percentage as discount, which I never received. “ASOS Maternity Exclusive Swimsuit In Spot Print”

I bought this swimming costume and have worn it for 3 months (about once a week). I have only washed it in the machine about 3 times and it has gone see through on the stomach, chest and back. I returned to the asos website to phone customer services but there is no customer service contact details. The product is poor and there is no facility to contact Asos to feed this back.
