Good Points: Fast delivery
Bad Points: Customer service.
General comments: I received no replies from ASOS to email or complaints when my order was delayed ages by the carrier. No phone number listed on the website to call, and I had to pay own returns, also delivery cost can be steep too. I would NEVER use them again after being a customer for 5 years as I feel they have gone downhill big time.

I absolutely love the choice of products on ASOS and it has become a favourite of mine ever since I started shopping there last year. I am always guaranteed to find something I desperately want to buy.
The price of the products is always very reasonable and is definitely very competitive compared to high street shops and it gives me an excuse to hop on and look for bargains.
The selection of products is massive with all the latest trends, and it is very easy to navigate the site.

I have been using ASOS since 2006 and up until yesterday i absolutely loved it, every month i would spend well over £200 on shoes/ clothing/accessories and never had a problem.
Until yesterday, i ordered a beautiful dress for a night out on saturday (plus about 7 other items...confessed shopaholic here) the quality of it was outstanding, lined with bones to hold the top in place. I'm writing from Spain, Canary Islands. I have made 7 orders with ASOS by now and, although they confirm that they ship to Canary Islands, only one of my orders have arrived to my house, other two I had to give them an address from a friend in the mainland and the other four orders have been returned to them, that's what they said, because nobody picked up the parcel. I don't even think that the parcel arrived to Spain and there is no evidence of an attempted delivery in any of these occasions. ...

The thought the quality of the clothes I ordered from ASOS seemed really shoddy. The website takes pretty good photos with the clothes on the models, but when they arrived, they looked like stuff I could have got down the local market. IN FACT - I actually went to a local store and found the same item that I had paid £38 for for £20! I thought the whole idea of buying online was to save costs?

A lot of choice, but unhappy with the quality and customer service. I find that ordering off asos.com is really a bit random, concerning returns that you have to pay for, quality, the time it takes to arrive... I won't be ordering from them again!

I used ASOS once and NEVER again. I received my 3 items but ordered 4 and never received it. I have sent emails upon emails regarding this and have never received a reply. I can not find a contact telephone no. I've already paid for my missing item that's £ £ £ down the drain, I've learned my lesson if they have no tel no. don't order!

I absolutely love www.asos.com it is brilliant to navigate and is a joy to go on to. I have not bought clothes as I am wrong size, but have bought shoes, bags and jewellery and makeup etc. and have been really delighted with everything. I think it is good value for money I have just bought nailpolish for £1.50 which is an extremely good one I might add and also a bronzer for £2.50 which again is a lovely product.

I love ASOS, the clothes are of a high quality, and the prices are great.
I don't think they make it very clear that you can have more than one item in a delivery package and also I don't think they make it clear that you can have next day delivery. I think the delivery program is very weak.

This is the first time I've done a review and I'm pleased to be positive about the site there is a massive range of goods and you could kit out your entire wardrobe for a season from the comfort of your chair, there's a fantastic variance in prices which allows you still to spend even if your on a budget, the quality is brilliant. I waited 4 weeks for my delivery and still don't have it! I have just been informed my order has now been cancelled all of a sudden and as of yet I am still waiting for a refund! The worst customer care I have ever experienced, will never use them again! I have now sent 8 emails to them (I cannot find a contact phone number on the website!) and have had 0 replies yet.

I first went on asos.com to buy a dress for a wedding, and now I am hooked, have not had a problem with them. Delivery has been extremely quick, and the overall product is really funky clothing with a cheaper price as well, you can get branded clothing as well and I'm always to get what I want too. The other day I ordered some things and they were delivered the next day although I had paid for standard (3-4 I think) delivery! Excellent!

I like asos.com I think it has great ideas and some of the clothes are at great prices, delivery arrived for me on time and what I wanted.
Overall I have found them to have an efficient delivery system and the clothes to be good.

It is now twice that i have had a bad experience with ASOS.
Firstly, my order arrived a week late, even after paying extra for next day delivery.
Second time I ordered shoes and a jumper came? even when it said my shoes on the invoice. I have contacted them a few days ago and yet to hear anything.
They also expect you to pay for the return of an item that you didn't even order!

They are ok, but I've noticed that now they are stocking "premium brands" they are getting a bit lax, like they don't really care about pleasing the customer. I have received the wrong size items more than 5 times, and a lot of the clothing is really poor quality. I've returned a fair few items because they look nice on screen, but in reality it looks really cheap like west one kind of clothing (anyone buy the shirt in the style of Penelope Cruz... shame!!)

After 2 successful orders, I bought a pair of shoes. One week later a package arrived, with shoes in it. But definitely not the shoes I ordered! I could see what went wrong, the label on the box told the shoes I bought were in it. So I followed the return policy, contacted someone from customer care so that they knew my package was on the way. I had also enclosed an address label the man from ASOS sent me.
