I spend hundreds on asos every month just for quickness everything like river island and new look are on it so it was handy!!! I received 7 parcels on Saturday morning but one top was missing so emailed them and got a huge abusive email saying I would not get refunded and my account got deleted!!! come on asos your a joke your customer service is shocking wasted so much money on the site paid to be a premier customer for a extra £10!!! “Delivery of an incorrect item”

I really love the choice and the overall quality of the clothes and accessories. The Asos exclusive can be pretty cool. I always seem to find original and good deals, especially in the sale sections... I am very surprised by the other reviews posted here as, in the many orders I have placed, I have not had any issue with receiving on time or returning anything. “wrong item shipped, error promo code given, bad service,”

A wrong item was shipped to me. Emailed to clarify, and got a 10% off promo code. WHICH DOESN'T WORK. Emailed back again, and finally got another (and I'm not sure if it works, I'm not buying from ASOS again.) I was advised to send the item back. The courier I used was skynet, and there apparently are some issues. “They will ship you something similar to what you...”

I placed my first order and was so excited they had the shoe I was looking for. When it came it was the next size larger. I logged on to see if I made the mistake, and soon found out they were sold out in my size and just shipped the nearest thing. I also noticed that the price had gone down. been shopping with asos at least 4 years now and I pretty much only buy my clothes from their website. The shipping is excellent I get my order within two days usually a maximum of three (I am a uk customer), and not only is the shipping prompt but if you spend over £15 its free and not to mention free exanges and returns. “Totally Wrong Sizes”

I was so excited to find some lovely cloths in big sizes at Asos as I am a size 28. 

I ordered 2 gorgeous blouses but they came half way across my chest when I measured them, they measured 50 inch across at the chest. Any size chart puts 56-58 chest for a size 28 so these blouses were only in fact a size 22-24, they must guess the sizes.

As many people here I have some big problems with refunds on my orders. I made several orders and any of them hadn't arrived. I was making orders day after day, so I was unable to predict it's gonna be so problematic! First orders haven't came around so I get refunded. Ok. I am very saddened that a company such ASOS has a very limited communication bridges for its customers. I definitely wouldn't recommend to shop at ASOS after using them for more than 4 months. Cheap stuff, i know you can find theme even in TKMAXX. But the level of customer service has changed my opinion about this brand. “CONTINUOUS MISTAKES BY "CUSTOMER SERVICE". WORST EVER!”

I had been waiting for a dress and a belt for weeks. At first, Asos sent the wrong package, they sent me men's shoes. Then they send only half the correct items, the belt, to the wrong address (the billing address). Then someone tells me the other item will finally be shipped to me. I did send a message on Facebook with the email address associated with my account and my order number. I did receive a reply and in the end, I did receive a full refund which is about all that could be done in this situation. I am glad people at the company do look out for customer experiences elsewhere on the Internet and do take action about it. Thank you Asos.

ASOS is an OK shopping site... until... you actually need customer service. So after having joined Premium - especially for the free returns I found that navigating the crazy process of just actually printing a postage paid label was so involved that I almost just resorted to paying outright for the return. “bad customer service ”

i used three credit cards to place three seperate orders, but after 1 hour, i received exact same emails saying teh card could not be processed and conact customer service. when contacted, customer service requires copy of license and other is.....i m not giving all tht to buy some clothes.. do not buy anything from them if u r in the usa u been warned… Read Full Review

“WORST service in LIFE!”

I placed an order April 30th and waited over 2 months for the order, against my will, and it did not show up. I contacted asos and they told me to keep waiting. I did and again....nothing. They were now out of stock on two of my items and could only resend one of them. Mind you, when they send you your pkg, ThErEs NO TRACKING INFO!!
