on two occasions I have shopped and they have failed to deliver on time! disgusting service they hadn't even dispatched my order when it was supposed to be delivered to me! customer service is disgraceful nobody replies via email, tiwitter or facebook and they have no contact number! they let items go out of stock that you have ordered and don't send you them even though you ordered over a week ago because they don't bother processin or packaging your order when you make it. I ordered a t-shirt for my dad over a week ago and was told it would be delivered by the 17th of December. The 17th came and no t-shirt, however idina lily got an email (the first contact from them since ordering) saying they are busy which is understandable at this time of year. However on the 18th I got an e-mail saying that the t-shirt I ordered was out of stock. I don't understand why they couldn't tell me this much earlier. Ordered on the 27th November and STILL waiting for a delivery confirmation nearly 3 weeks later. Just check the MANY complaints on Facebook, Twitter, Trustpilot and here which proves your company is run by a bunch of muppets and have let thousands of people down with non deliveries, damaged goods and deliveries sent to the wrong addresses. “The worst customer support”

We have returned back a few items back a month ago, no refund yet. The shipment company who delivered the items back claims that the items have been delivered, but Asos do not refund us. We have sent many emails to them (the only way you can contact them), the only reply that we got was wait some more days because the processing of your returned items takes time. I cancelled my order as it was way past delivery date. I have received part refund but they have kept the postage fee for something I never received. I am now trying to get this refunded back but no-one from the company has bothered to reply to my emails. I cannot comment on quality of product as I never received it!! When an order is cancelled, not only are the items refunded but the delivery charge as well. “ASOS Maternity Exclusive Swimsuit In Spot Print”

“Not worth your time searching, or your money!”

I'm an avid e-commerce buyer. I have yet to come across such a difficult process. The quality of the ASOS brand clothing leaves a lot to be desired (even if it does claim you're getting it on sale). I'd ask for one colour, and receive another colour in a different size... What? Then, I have to PAY to return it. I have placed an order with ASOS with next day delivery (which was for free because the order was over 150 pounds). In the confirmation email it states that order was due to be sent as standard delivery. I cancelled the order, placed it once again and made sure I have selected the delivery option I wanted. They expect people to open the door without knocking the door, I was in the house for the whole day, I didn't hear anything happen outside my house, and they give me the notes said that this is their 2nd attempt, ok fine.... This is the first review I ever write but I just had to write and warn others from never ordering anything from ASOS. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and three times they sent me the wrong size! Really?? The customer service had no clue nor indication what shoe size I would receive next.
