“Charged me 4 times for the same order! NEVER ORDERING...”

I order $156.76 worth of clothes, I go to check my bank account and they charged me 4 times for one order, they overdrafted me, because they don't have a US# to call, my bank can't contact them so I have to wait over a week to get my money refunded! Never had this issue before, now I can't pay my bills, tomorrow is my birthday I was supposed to go out and celebrate but now I have no money because of their mistake. Highly recommend ordering elsewhere if you are ordering from Canada. Not only did I have to pay $100 in customs, but the sizing of the items that I ordered (all in the same size) were all grossly different. I had to send back the majority of the clothes for being too large or too small. I also did not receive part of my order, but received random items instead. I will tell you whole situtaion i had ordered One Wrist Watch and three Boxers of River Islanad both item are dispached through free mail.no tracking information and other record I had also contacted on facebook page of asos SARAH G , She Forwarded my complain and i got a reply that our decision is final your account is closed they had refunded only one order payment of 12.50 remaining 20GBP are still on hold by asos.

If i could give it a zero star rating i would. I ordered a complete outfit from asos for a dinner I was attending but, I even paid express I was sent an email saying it had been dispatched and would be with me shortly and I was also told that it would get to me a day before my dinner. Hey Mooreeo82, this makes me so sad to hear. It sounds like your order went through our Standard del rather than Express. If you re-freshed the checkout or added more items to your basket, the delivery method would have reverted back to the default delivery service. Please make sure that you check all the deets are correct before hitting the "place order" tab and also scan your confirmation email just in case anything slipped your eyes. That way you can contact us and we'll try and sort it out for you - the earlier we here from you, the better. Wow, I'm stunned to see the amount of people complaining about Asos! I have been a customer since 2012 and placed almost 20 orders in that time and NOT ONCE have I had an issue. Perfect sizing each time and I've never had to return anything. Items are all high quality and awesome value for money. Asos used to be the most fantastic shopping website for clothing. I have ordered over 20 times with them since maybe around 2 years ago. However, within the last 2 months they have gone downhill at huge speed. Around christmas time, when they should be the most 'crazy busy' of the year, i was getting my items with free standard delivery which was effectively next day! After discovering Asos, I've made 5-6 orders. About 15-20 pieces total. I got a knit Sonia Rykiel dress that is to die for! It was out of stock everywhere else. I love Asos for that. The Asos brand itself varies in quality, but has never led me to send anything back due to quality, and I'm pretty picky. I also love the runway video's to get a real sense of how something looks/fits/lays. Shipping is lightning fast and the free returns are wonderful! I used to enjoy shopping with asos but lately they have gone badly downhill. Delivery used to be so fast but now you are lucky if you get your items within 2 weeks. Still waiting on a response from ASOS but they don't bother responding to emails. Last one said the warehouse was extremely busy, seems ASOS are struggling to fulfil orders. Greedy company, take your money and don't deliver. Sort out your warehouse issues and look after your customers!

it might be good an idea if ASOS communicated with their customers and explained they are having difficulties getting orders out on time. Don't know how many times I've heard the word "crazy busy", lol. It must be ASOS's standard cut and paste response. I ordered a bra from Asos and was accidentally sent a black vest instead. I emailed Asos about this and received an email apologising for the mistake and that they would send me out another BLACK VEST immediately!!! I ordered a set of boxer shorts for a present. They were in excess of £20 for a triple pack and come in the usual polo packet. They sent them out in a flimsy plastic bag which gave no protection and consequently arrived crushed and the box torn. They cannot be given as a present. Customer service offered a refund or replacement but said the replacement item would be sent out the same again. They were unable to ask they be put in a box to protect them! About 6 months ago, my sister ordered a dress in size 6 but a size 12 was delivered instead (the label said 6 but the tag on the dress said 12). Asos refunded and we assumed this would be a one off. “Worst internet shopping site i have ever used! NEVER...”

Ordered a gift voucher for a present for someone. Had no confirmation email so waited until the end of the day for it. Rang customer services, after spending ages looking for a contact number. Was told it would be re-issued in 15 minutes. Waited another day, still no sign even though the money had been taken out of my account. “Horrible customer service & refund/exchange policy”

My only wish is that I have read those reviews before I spend my money on ASOS, here is my story: I made my first purchase couple weeks ago for an order over $150 with a $25 off coupon. Turns out the pant ($53.71) won’t fit me, since they do not offer exchange in the US, I have to return it and make another purchase separately. Hey, I'm sorry to hear of your trouble with your return. If you originally used a "spend and save" code, your order total must be over that amount for the code to work. As you returned one of the items, this would have taken the total to below the minimum spend of the code, meaning the order would no longer qualify to use that code. This also means that the discount will be deducted off of the item you returned. You haven't lost out on $25, as this was paid for with the code rather than you actually paying for the item. I'm sorry that this has caused you disappointment but I hope this has made this clearer for you, if you ever use a "spend and save" code in the future. ASOS Chantelle

I understand the policy IF that is an actual return. Have you read my previous post? It is an EXCHANGE, not a RETURN, especially since my second exchange order is way over $150, that should qualify me to obtain the original coupon. It’s 21 century, you don’t treat your customer like that. There are many other places I can shop for without having this kind of headache.

There is not much of confusion but only frustration. I understand there is no exchange in the US as I’ve mentioned from my first post (last sentence, second paragraph), I also understand it is auto-adjustment by the system which is why I contacted the customer service trying to straight this out days ago.

After waiting for days with no reply, I PM ASOS via Facebook yesterday but the rep insist there will be no credit back after I explained the situation. That leaves me no choice but leaving a negative feedback.

After a week of exchanging emails via review site and facebook, ASOS has tried their hardest to make sure that the term ‘customer service’ does not exist at their company. Not only do they insist there will be NO credit back, they have also wasted my time. If you’re bored, looking to be frustrated and pay more than you expect, then ASOS has the shopping experience you’re looking for.

I bought a few dresses and other items a few months ago and I have to say that my overall experience with Asos was good. The dresses I ordered was of quite good quality but not amazing but I didn't expect amazing for the price I was paying. The only minor problem I can think of was the sizing as it seems so many brands vary a lot.
