    I'm still waiting for my delivery, asos' team responded that it might take 8 more business days after scheduled date! However they will charge your account right away, no delays. I will never ever shop there again, wish I've read customer reviews before I ordered :(.

    i ordered a number of items on a thursday morning and was given a code for free next day delivery. i still ended up though paying the extra £5.95 which i was not bothered with as i needed the clothes for the weekend as i was going on holiday.
    the parcel should have been delivered to my parents address as i was at work but by the time i returned home the parcel still wasnt there. phoned parcelforce to be told the earliest it would be delivered was monday. they said this happens alot with a ...

    I've just recieved my first Asos order, in my opinion the dresses are very nice but they don't fit well. I'm a size 8 but all the dresses i've purchased don't fit well on my chest area. I was very disappointed in that factor. it wouldn't fit around my torso very well.

    I don't know what average sizing they do their clothing to but i've never had a problem with size 8 clothing.

    It's probably best to know the size difference and the length/width of the clothing before purchase. ...

    I have purchased many things until now from Asos.Orders come usually in time.Once i had faced a problem with a package that was lost but i ve been fully refunded immediatelly.It 's own brand worths the money only when on sale because of the mediocre quality.What I like most is their shoes and accesories.

    I wouldn't use this online shopping site again. I've been contacting customer service the last two days and still have not had a reply. I ordered clothes on the 13/09/09. It says it was dispatched on 14/09/09. The due date was 21/09/09 and it is now 3 days overdue. When/if I get my stuff I'll never go back to ASOS. I wouldn't waste my time on a poorly run business.

    I would never use asos again they are an absolute nightmare. I ordered a dress from their maternity section to wear to a wedding, paid £5.95 next day delivery which didn't turn up. There are no phone numbers so all correspondence is via email, when I chased my delivery I was given the number for the courier to chase it myself. The dress arrived 3 days later, in error they sent me 2. I didn't want them so sent them back together, have sent numerous emails chasing my refund, I only got a ...

    I am an international customer and i got a prompt express delivery from ASOS..the quality of the purse i bought is good and am looking forward to shop more..
    The website looks attractive.. I would suggest this shop for international customers for the prompt delivery and quality..

    Dont know much about clothing stuffs as i didnt try... prices are reasonable which made me buy this stuff..

    I recently came across a brilliant website that sells the latest fashion for men and women called Asos, they sell a mixture of branded and unbranded clothing items and they also sell lots of celebrity fashion wear i.e in the style of Kate Moss, Jessica Alba etc so you can dress like your favourite celebrity.
    There is a realy good choice of clothing and the website is realy well thought out and easy to use.

    The Asos has nice dresses with a large number of varieties. It has a good customer service then problem which you are facing can be solved by the customer service immediately. And the delivery may be delay in some times due to the shipping delay. This has a good website which you can buy from it and its safer to buy. You will be satisfied when you buy a dress from Asos and there will be no loss for your money, you can have value of worth to it.

    I bought a pair of shoes from ASOS .. pleased with the price and speed of delivery. but on closer inspection of the shoes i realised though one of the shoes was in crisp condition, one shoe looked as if it had been briefly worn and had a stain on it...
    I've had such a hard time trying to get ASOS to pick up the pair of shoes first saying they could replace them now saying they will refund me.. a complete waste of time

    after pondering for a long time i decided to give Asos a try. seeing that they have nice clothing, and they have XS (which is the same size as Topman, and the size that fits me perfectly), i ended up buying 3 polo tees.

    Pros:
    (1) Fast delivery
    (2) Easy web navigation
    (3) Great designs

    Cons:
    (1) Super Lousy quality (the worst quality polo tees i've ever bought in my entire life.)
    - textile feels like paper, no elastic. (2 out of 3 polos that i bought)
    - sizing is bigger (no elastic = stretched ...

    The first order I placed arrived on time and overall the service was good, however every order since then has been a nightmare.     From the very beginning I really liked asos website. I thought it was a nice and easy way of staying trendy. Well, apparently not!     I gave them the wrong address and they wouldnt change it. So they sent it to that address. Where my ex used to live not in the same town and he don't live there no more. Still waiting for response as parcel has gone missing. Loss of £80. Hello credit crunch. Disgraceful I mailed them 7 times now still no joy. WHY WHY OOH WHY!! I want my money back.

    When I first shopped with ASOS I was impressed. I have ordered 4 times and delivery has always been on time. However after two good experiences, I ordered a dress that was supplied without the matching belt. When I complained (by email as you cannot speak to anyone there which I think is poor) I did get a swift response but was told to return the dress for an exchange.     i recently bought a dress from asos.com but was too small, i got an exchange for the right size only 2 be sent out a size 8 on three different occasions and still waiting for the right size to be delivered i still think the selection of clothes is good and wouldnt have minded as much about the mistakes if i wasnt buying the dress for a special occasion and for that reason alone i dont think i would be buying anything else
