    Good Points: The cruise itself was fine.


    General comments: NCL Cruises, Norwegian Wind - When I booked, Norwegian was advertising a $100 opn board credit on cruises booked before a certain date. I found out later this was applicable on all cruises except the one I chose. I was also guaranteed an upgrade if I booked early so I did. When I arrived at the check-in desk I was told the ship was full, no upgrades. You shouldn't advertise guaranteed if you can't provide it. The night before we were to arrive back in Miami, we were told to obtain colored luggage tags for departure. We went to the information desk and told the clerk we needed to catch a train by 10:30. We were told we needed dark green tags.This would insure we would be off the ship by 09:00. The next morning 09:00 came no green tags had been called. 09:30 no green tags called. 09:45 I inquired at the same desk and was told well our times are approximate. My family and I missed our train.
