Have been on two Carnival Cruises with husband, three myself. Food is decent. rooms clean. We have yet to reach our intended destination. First time, ship had problems and we were a day late coming back, next two times ship had problems and we did not make it to ports of call. On the third trip they actually knew this before we left port and made not attempt to notify us. This was a birthday surprise for my granddaughter and she was soooooo disappointed. They seemed not to care and were exceptionally rude!!! Contacted Carnival Cruises several times. Their explanations were they could not be held responsible for change in itinerary. They offered a Bon Voyage Gift on a subsequent trip which will never happen. I think it's a rip off and they need to replace their fleet. Read the fine print about class action lawsuits, etc.

    Carnival Glory:
There was 16 in our group, looking forward to seeing St, Maartin, St. Thomas. However we didn't make it there. What a big dissapointment. $100 credit was a slap in the face. How about the family with 3 kids, what was they suppose to do with $100 on board credit, go to the bar?

I heard great things about the Carnival Glory unfortunately my experience was different. A nice ship and a great itinerary turned ugly fast. First we requested our children have no spending access to the sign and sail card, this was not the case, when we reported this the lady at the desk was apologetic and assured us this was a mistake and offered to refund the money, but we had to go to the casino where it will be refunded upon going to the casino, a worker refused and argued that since the mo ...
