    Good Points: Cruising with Cunard was a marvellous and exciting experience,expecially when the Vistafjord was part of the fleet; small ship but lots of space, small number of passengers, lots of care and attention by all crew members, meeting the same friends year after year on board, your name remembered by the waiting staff, really magnificent!!


    Bad Points: The Cunard fleet now has too big ships, too umpersonal and cold.


    General comments: My only comment if only the M.D. would listen, is to build a new ship to carry 6-700 passengers and return to the old Cunard tradition like it was in the 80s and 90s and I am sure the ship would be full all the time without trying to entice people with special deals which seems to be the order of the day now.
