owned my model 60 3 months it has had 600 pellets through it and is now very nice gun to use i have just done a service on it and had its power checked , its well over 11ftlbs the trigger is getting better all the time if you pull the 1st stage and then leave it a few seconds it works a lot better .. The pellet fit can feel a bit tight but its not pellet fussy so no probs i use mine at a field target club and it has no prob shooting out to 55yards i use a 3x9x50 smk scope whichworks well with ...

i first got the edgar bros mod 60. about 1 year ago, over the year the gun has been a good friend to me when out on a stalk, the gun is good alround and i would recommend it to any youngster thats starting off, i have shot in the last year with it so in my opinion its been the best gun i have had so far.

Only issue is the weight balance, while not too heavy the gun appears to be off centre when stalking prey. This is not an issue when target shooting from fixed or prone position. Very accurate and I would strongly suggest a scope. Value for money, unbeatable, and a far better finish than chinese models. I would strongly recommend, for those like me, on a restricted budget, a good option. You get what you pay for and you certainly get a lot with this Esgar Bros model 60.

Model 60 .22 what a gun its great but true what ure saying it is that tad heavy but after a couple of wks u get used to it and that kick when u fire a shoot is good i would recommend it to anyone thats looking for a good gun to start of with as the price is cheap i im also using the edgar bros scope that came with the gun as a package deal and it works well with the gun

The Edgar Bros. Model 60 .22 is a very good rifle. extremely accurate, with a gd marks man it could shoot a pimple of your face without braking the skin. i shot a rabbit today with it and it went right through the porr bugger and i read above that some guy shot two rabbits and they got up again well the same thing happened to my dad with this gun and later i lokked for the rabbit that got up and went away about 12 feet away i found it in a bush dead the bullet had gone right through tis belly.

My first airgun, I loved this Edgar Bros. Model 60 .22 gun the moment i got it...the seal on the front o-ring is higly durable, its been in the rain with me through thick and thin and a rather alot of dirt too...and it sure is tough!! accuracy is attainable at well over 25 yards...maybe even 35yrds (1 inch groups!!!) fire all sorts of pellets with good power and accuracy!

    Got a 3-9x50 scope...works a beauty!!

    Amzing Quality

Just purchased the HATSAN Edgar Brothers M0D.60 S (.22), SAS (shock absorber system), fitted BSA Essential 4x32 scope, with 50 x targets, 500 Pointer .22 (5.5mm) pellets, rifle bag (free of charge). Total costs £158.00 all in.In my opinion i must agree a powerful weapon in it's own class, just on the limit for legality and a looker too (with the scope fixed). The safety mechanism is a neat little touch, a must for that ready to shoot option, bad point has to be the weight. Can't wait t ...

Recoil on the Edgar Bros. Model 60 .22 takes some getting used to. Its a bit loud in my opinion but looks the badgers nadgers and acuracy is fine I use a BSA EXCELSIOR scope and rabbits don't run fast enough :)

i've had my Edgar Bros. Model 60 .22 for little over ayear now. i used it for the 1st time in 3 months today, and got within 15ft of 2 rabbits at 2 different locations, and the scope is zeroed in perfectly. i shot at the head (as you do) and hit it, both rabbits rolled over, and both rabbits stood back up and walked away down their burrows! this is after about 400 pellets have been put through it! this was using crossman accupells!

Great Gun. I would totally recommend the new Edgar 60 with the sas (shock absorption system)as i recently swapped my old Edgar for the new version.the first day i went on a hunt i shot 5 rabbits at a distance of around 50-65 yrds and they didn't even have time to move lol poor suckers, but there is a always a special shot everybody gets with a new gun and i think that sets the tone on how you react to your new rifle as i found out.there was a small group of Rabbits sitting down the bottom of a fa ...

Just swapped to this from my old cometta rifle.Good powerful gun and extremely accurate.Looks good and feel is true although a little on the heavy side still-and needs a scope to maximise the rifle

I have used many air rifles and many military rifles and when I payed £135 for this rifle along with a very good Hawke Airmax 2-7x32 AO MAP6 Scope included in that price, I was not very hopeful for it, as this is a price for a solely beginner air riffle, however the Edgar Bros handles and behaves like a £350 rifle only deal. It has a lovely trigger action and is very well balanced. I was getting a 3/4 inch grouping at 40 yards!!!!It has a very beautiful wood stock made from Turki ...

Fast break apart action and tremendous accuracy up to 70 yards (with scope) light weight and very good for beginners as it is a low cost low maintenance gun.

Little bit noisy but nothing a sound moderator can't fix.

I would highly recommend this rifle especially to first timers and is reliable as I have had no trouble over the last year and a half.

Very accurate. maximum legal power. lovely new design overall a very nice gun.

Stiff break barrel to start but dont worry it losens to a steady 'stiffness' after about 10 shots.

I would reccomend Edgar Bros. Model 60 .22 for beginners... why pay more?

overall a really nice cheap gun.similar to the supersport and owned by BSA (apparently)why pay more.perfect break barrel gun ...
