I used this phone for 2 and 1/2 years now. After 2 years I replaced the standard battery with a lithium one, but still no big difference. I got 4 days max. with 30mins of talking/day, 2 days top. But all in all it is a phone you can rely on. Really. And it is durable too. I dropped it like 20 time in 2 years, but it is still alive. If it wasn't so old style, I would recommend it. (read more)

I have long been a fan of Siemens phones and this is my second Siemens C35i/C35e mobile phone i have had (first one was stolen after a year). This phone is amazingly robust, i have dropped mine off a balcony on the first floor onto solid concrete and the only damage was a scuff mark! It is simple and easy to use and has a good reception, whether in the city of the country. Ok, it doesn't have every gadget but you can but a S35 for those. The only negative point is the battery, which has... (read more)

The Siemens C35i / C35e mobile phone is good, the battery is still going strong even after 2 years, The deal I got was with the Casio Message-Cam, I was told that in the future there would Probably be a link cable for the camera to be connected to The PC, as yet I can't find one. Very disappointing as I love the deal but the cost of using the camera and phone is too much as I am on less money now than I was then.

Well my Siemens C35i turns off when it's cold.. and that's pretty enoying during the winter in sweden...
after a few months of use the battery has to be changed if you want to use the phone for more than 3-4 hours.. and don't think about using it:
if you're lucky you manage to see who calls before the phone shuts down..
and when it shuts down: uuuaaah what an annoying sound.. a loud alarm sound when the battery-power is reduced, and that happen pretty often.
well don't buy this phone, even...

I've been using the NiMh battery model Siemens C35i mobile phone, thus i can only speak for this one.
The phone has a very poor knowledge of the battery level. And not only that, but 90% of the cases, if you're in a call, it will warn you just once, and at the same time shut-off.
On the other hand, if you're not talking, it goes warning an average of 5-6 times (longest was this morning, 8 times, really the last straw...), every 10 seconds, until it shuts down. Utterly annoying, especially...

The Siemens C35i is a very good and reliable mobile phone. The Siemens C35i is equipped with adequate features and it really has a great performance. Its menu is very good and helps the user to control the phone. Reception and sound quality are excellent and its design is ideal for me. However, battery could be better, but this problem can be fixed if someone put the Li-Ion battery. Overall, this phone is really worth its money and I strongly recommend it. (read more)

The Siemens C35i is an excellent mobile phone. Lots of features, very good reception and sound quality and a very functional menu. I also like its unique design and the fact that it isn't big nor too small. I didn't like the NiMH battery, so I bought a Li-Ion one which allows double stand-by and talk time. I have had my Siemens C35i mobile phone for almost 2 years and I have no problems since now. This phone has served me well so far and I am truly satisfied with it. My Siemens C35i was a very good mobile phone as i had it for around 1 1/2 years until one day the speaker just stopped working... and i had to bend it in half a little to get it to work! Then, because the charger for it is quite weak, it broke in my hands once when i took it out! I think that Siemens phones are much better than many others famous manufacturers' like Nokia, Motorola, e.t.c. Siemens produces cell phones because of prestige, and that's why Siemens' cell phones haven't been marketed like Nokia's.
