The book is a great read for someone like myself who had never heard of the Richardsons before picking up My Manor. In many ways, the story told is more shocking and brutal than many other gangster books of the era. With so many people focused on the Krays, hearing the story from another perspective was totally engrossing.
It makes you realise that the Krays were not the only game in town at the time, and by no means the 'most' feared.- Read Guest's review (82 words)

Good book but not as good as Ronnie and Reggie. The Richardsons was a real good crew but when the Krays went through they left their marks R.I.P. Ronnie, R.I.P. Reggie.- Read Guest's review (35 words)

Charlie Richardson's My Manor is very interesting, especially because it was written by the man himself. It changes chronology all the time which confused me but overall it was ok. I'd recommend this book.- Read Guest's review (34 words)
