Having spent many years buying car insurance,it was great to have a company such as Kwik-Fit offering me the cover my wife and I required in a very short time.Firstly the most impresive thing was,the Kwik-Fit representative has been the only rep. to get the model and bhp correct within seconds. This of course gave me great confidence in the company I was dealing with,it was for me it was good to see that the service I receive at the service centre extended to the other services offered. I needed fully comprehensive car insurance which included NCP and European cover and obviously as cheaply as possible. Comparisom sites all had attractive and competitive offers but even the cheapest was at least 30% more expensive than Kwik-Fit's offer. I also use Kwik-Fit for MOT and servicing, again because the service and price is unbeatable. Is this company the best kept secret in Motoring? (read more)

I used Kwik Fit car insurance this year, as my renewal quote from my previous insurer was over £238. They offered me £200 when I called them but couldn't get anywhere near the quote Kwik Fit gave me. I had the same quality of cover and protected no-claims for £167. The easiest part was emailing a copy of the no-claims discount to them. (read more)

Tried to get insurance via the internet. Needed to make a call to clear up a point. Spoke to sales person who put phone down on me once they knew I was going with the quote online and not theough them (must be on commission). After buying insurance had 2 follow up calls wanting me to take out extras on the policy. Sales people very pushy and rude on the phone...wouldn't really take no for an answer. (read more)

finalised this deal over the phone as it would not let me pay for it other than in instalments on line.
