Good Points: Gives an in depth view of the struggles that disapperaring women have. Provides clear information on how to change behavior that will help a women maintain her sense of self while in a relationship.

General comments: Being a disappearing women myself and struggling for many years with this problem to the point that I wanted to give up on romantic relationships altogether, this book has given me hope and strategies for change. I feel that I now have the ability to help other women with the same problem and can give them hope. I was on the extreme end of the continuum, but I'm moving away from that and developing into a women who is beginning to have the courage to be herself with men and not worrying so much about taking care of their needs. I am beginning to honor my own as well.
