Good Points: Exquisitely crafted and superb characterisation. Based on history, it becomes a history of its own. The main characters are representative yet imbued with a life and existence of their own, always developing and realistically complex. Writing of a very high standard.

I thoroughly enjoyed this. I agree with Bob Geldof - this could well become a modern masterpiece.
