I have never wasted my time writing negative product reviews but, this is such an extreme case of a poor product I couldn't resist. I have never bought something in my life that looked so cool and performed so badly. In all defense to the board in question, I do weigh 220 lbs, and I do love my trucks extremely tight. Regardless of this, the biggest trick I did on these trucks was an ollie. Excuse my ignorance on the correct term but the round hole that the bushings sit on either side of was snap ...- Read Al Stone's review (283 words and 1 comment)

I bought my Phantom trucks a couple of months ago and they grind nice and have good shock pads, but they turn very weird so it's hard to do a bertslide.- Read 1234599's review (61 words)

The Phantom 2 trucks looked nice, so I bought a set. They turn weird, and the bushings were broken after the second day, which is no big deal, as Doh-doh's are cheap where I live. Then the axels broke in a reguar ollie, they don't flip nicely, but are by Unit, a reputed brand. They don't grind nice, the weight is too light, and as a result, much metal has been removed. There are two short axles in each truck instead of the normal one axel, running from one side to the other. My mate had also br ...- Read A7777's review (148 words)

How could you say somthing's wrong with the Phantoms Phatom 2 trucks the axles don't bend, the king pin doesn't snap. The trucks aren't heavy and they slide great. If you don't like these trucks you don't know what a good truck is.- Read vansrules's review (67 words)

I got a set of Phantoms Phatom 2 and the first thing that happened was the bushing cup was too small to fit then the kingpin was stuck the right way up and I like them inverted plus they bent at the axels in about 2 days.- Read victim305's review (65 words)

I got the Phantoms Phatom 2 trucks because I needed something lightweight, these were said to be the lightest.
So I go and skate ucsb and after the first day the axles wore down like crazy. I was only out there for a couple hours. Not to mention I could hardly pull grinds cuz the axles slid around.- Read fragile justice's review (74 words)

I had the Phantoms Phatom 2 trucks for 9 months. I got mad one day and threw my board on the ground and the hender (wear the axels go in cracked. I didnt even throw my board that hard. I think it was because the axles dont go all of the way through the henger. Another thing is that the bushings stick and make the board crooked. The only good thing is that they are light.- Read josh falk's review (74 words)

I don't know whether this was a defect or what. For the most part these trucks were decent-smooth griding, nice shock pad underneath, and light. But that snap just anoyed me. Watch out for these, I suggest you stick with the good names.- Read Pher pher's review (120 words)

Ok where can i start, these Phantom trucks wear down so quick, the bushings get mauled by their housing, mine were shredded in a week and i dont even have my trucks tight. also, if you hit something hard the metal kind of dents, its really wierd and they warp in shape after a few 50-50s well bad, go spend your money on destructos.- Read bowmanjo's review (74 words and 1 comment)

Ive had my silver skateboard trucks for about 2 months and they seem fine. I just broke my kingpin on one of them but its all good I guess because kingpins break all the time.
