I borrowed this book off of a friend and I finished it in about a week, and after that week, (Which was 3 weeks ago) I've had no craving or no thought of even wanting a cigarette!
I'm 19 and started smoking when I was 15. I smoked about 20 a day and now I've started having several coughing fits throughout every day I though now a good time to stop smoking.
This book... Is a must read!
Noone can explain really except Neil Casey himself the effect that this book has on you, but everything about… Read Full Review

I smoked from 1969 until March 2008, when I decided to make one last effort to quit.Apart from when I had my 2 sons,
I smoked about 25-30 cigarettes a day and thought I could never stop.
I tried virtually everything, but it wasn't until I read this book and learned how smoking is a huge con that I gave up.I must admit to feeling very angry that millions have died because of a simple con trick. I'm no more likely to smoke now than I am to set fire to my hair! A brilliant, fantastic book… Read Full Review

Read this book 2 years ago after a good friend (whom also happens to be a councillor) recommended it to me. 60 pages into the book I understood why I smoked and have never touched a cigarette, or cigar since..............didn't even put on weight!!… Read Full Review

Neil Casey's The Nicotine Trick is the only thing that has helped me succeed and stop smoking because I WANT to...not because I need to. Now I understand the why's of the addiction/phobia and it IS a phobia...fear of not smoking! I no longer carry that fear and I feel freed!… Read Full Review

After ordering the $30 e-book The One Minute Solution through PayPal, I was directed to the merchant page and received a 404 Error page. After many attempts to contact Mr. Casey by e-mail to request a link to download the book, and having contacted PayPal for help without success, I have lost the $30.00. I hope to save others from this. Once a fan of the author, now, I'm deeply disappointed that this has happened. My advice is to find other books that provide a similar approach. At least… Read Full Review

An unusual book choice for a "never even tried it smoker" perhaps, but I wanted to understand what my partner was going through and my eyes were opened in a way I never thought they would. It all made total sense and I found myself agreeing with his principals and comments after years of hearing the cover stories etc. I have now passed the book to my partner and am so confident it will help 100%. I think very smoker should read it!… Read Full Review

Loved it and although I only finished the book yesterday, I just know it has worked for me. I feel I owe Neil everything I achieve from now on and hopefully that will mean a happy and healthy life.
I am 50 years of age and have given up several times, once for 18 months through hypnotism. However, this is the first time I really felt I could really see smoking for what it was and will be forever grateful for having the Nicotine Trick explained to me.
I would absolutely recommend this book. What… Read Full Review

I stopped smoking for 5 years by using his method, it is effective and continuous. I was looking for Neil Casey on the internet to see what else he has written and stumbled on this site so I thought I would add my comment. If any one knows if Neil is still publishing please let me know… Read Full Review

What a great book. Have tried many times before to give up. Thought it was worth a read and initially was worried about reaching the end because I would feel forced to give up. But haven't touched a cigarette since. Reckon I'm cured. A good book for anyone also interested in the human mind and the tricks it can play on you when you are misinformed… Read Full Review
