Good Points: It's worked for me! Now that I UNDERSTAND the psychological reasonings I am able to reprogram my mind to realise the dangers of smoking. Thank you for sharing the Nicotine Trick with all!

General comments: Neil Casey's The Nicotine Trick is the only thing that has helped me succeed and stop smoking because I WANT to...not because I need to. Now I understand the why's of the addiction/phobia and it IS a phobia...fear of not smoking! I no longer carry that fear and I feel freed!

After ordering the $30 e-book The One Minute Solution through PayPal, I was directed to the merchant page and received a 404 Error page. After many attempts to contact Mr. Casey by e-mail to request a link to download the book, and having contacted PayPal for help without success, I have lost the $30.00. I hope to save others from this. Once a fan of the author, now, I'm deeply disappointed that this has happened. My advice is to find other books that provide a similar approach. At least, you'll ...

An unusual book choice for a "never even tried it smoker" perhaps, but I wanted to understand what my partner was going through and my eyes were opened in a way I never thought they would. It all made total sense and I found myself agreeing with his principals and comments after years of hearing the cover stories etc. I have now passed the book to my partner and am so confident it will help 100%. I think very smoker should read it!

Loved it and although I only finished the book yesterday, I just know it has worked for me. I feel I owe Neil everything I achieve from now on and hopefully that will mean a happy and healthy life.I am 50 years of age and have given up several times, once for 18 months through hypnotism. However, this is the first time I really felt I could really see smoking for what it was and will be forever grateful for having the Nicotine Trick explained to me.I would absolutely recommend this book. What ha ...

I stopped smoking for 5 years by using his method, it is effective and continuous. I was looking for Neil Casey on the internet to see what else he has written and stumbled on this site so I thought I would add my comment. If any one knows if Neil is still publishing please let me know.

What a great book. Have tried many times before to give up. Thought it was worth a read and initially was worried about reaching the end because I would feel forced to give up. But haven't touched a cigarette since. Reckon I'm cured. A good book for anyone also interested in the human mind and the tricks it can play on you when you are misinformed.
