Good Points: Held my interest from start to finish and I was even a little sad to reach the end... felt as though Neil became a friend during this journey. Both touching and humorous throughout.
Bad Points: None.
General comments: Loved it and although I only finished the book yesterday, I just know it has worked for me. I feel I owe Neil everything I achieve from now on and hopefully that will mean a happy and healthy life.I am 50 years of age and have given up several times, once for 18 months through hypnotism. However, this is the first time I really felt I could really see smoking for what it was and will be forever grateful for having the Nicotine Trick explained to me.I would absolutely recommend this book. What have you got to lose and look what you could gain. I am so happy I am now free of cigarettes and it is the easiest I have ever found it.

I stopped smoking for 5 years by using his method, it is effective and continuous. I was looking for Neil Casey on the internet to see what else he has written and stumbled on this site so I thought I would add my comment. If any one knows if Neil is still publishing please let me know.

Neil Casey, thank you so much. Your book truly opened my eyes. I can say that you saved my health, maybe even my life. I don't smoke. I am free. Thank you!

What a great book. Have tried many times before to give up. Thought it was worth a read and initially was worried about reaching the end because I would feel forced to give up. But haven't touched a cigarette since. Reckon I'm cured. A good book for anyone also interested in the human mind and the tricks it can play on you when you are misinformed.
