This book is amazing I have been depressed on and off for 15 years, did not realise it was my thoughts that were bringing me down, I love it. I read it every so often just to remind myself. Life changing, and have recommended it to lots of friends, thank you Richard, for writing a truly amazing book.

Iv had depression for years and years but this book really lifts your spirits and gives you a completely different perspective on all your worries, big or small. This is a fantastic book. You just cant stop reading, first you have started. I read it some years ago because I was studied the English language at the time and needed to read books written in English and at the same time read an interesting subject. It is very few times in my life I read the same book twice, but I will do it in this case.
