    Good Points: Does exactly what it says on the tin.......absolutely amazing!

    Bad Points: None

    General comments: After 16 years of a 20-a-day habit, I have now been a non-smoker for 1 month after reading this book and listening to the hypnotherapy CD. It works; I have lent it to friends and ALL have stopped overnight.....no cravings, no weight gain (extra snacking, etc.) and more energy!! Give it a shot. It's unbelievable.
