    Bad Points: Should have ipod connectors standard. Side pockets by front windows is shallow. Front passengers don't really have any cupholders. Why? An inexpensive gadget to start the car with the remote would have been very useful.


    General comments: The Mercedes E220 CDi has a very comfortable ride. Handles very well although it is quite a long car but, the sensors works a treat. Very economical given it's size compared to my previous C 200K. I could keep the car for the next ten years. Looks good too. My son calls it the 'space ship' becos of its long bonnet. Xenon lights meant I could see very well in the dark. Tight turning circle is vital to park this long car. The Ambi-light and the Double sunvisor is a neat touch. There are bags of space to seat 5 large passesger and their luggage. Overall,I feel the car is very safe. SOn borrowed it as his friend's wedding car. I am pleased.
    There was air-con filtered into the console which was very effective as a coolbox in my C Class is absent.
    I could also check the oil level on my dashboard.
    These 2 features should have remained.
