    Witty dialog, detailed intimacy between characters, focus on main storyline with some sub-plots, but not enough to detract for the main characters. Fun read, with humorous and smart dialogue. Well written scenes of passion.

    This was one of the best historical romance novels I have read in a long time, as was The Wedding. I'm hoping for a third book in the series!

    Julie Garwood has done it again with The Bride and has created another set of characters that will endear them.
