I just loved Horry's character, she just says te first thing that pops in her head and the way she proposes to Rule, it's brilliant. Another thing that i liked about this book was that Horry wasn't described as a classic beauty, infact far from it. It was a refreshing change to read about a heroine who's short, has thick brows and stammers. Despite all this she's still absolutely amazing. I found the book really enjoyable.

Georgette Heyer's 'The Convenient Marriage' recreates the magic of the regency period, reminds us of the impetuousness that characterises Miss Heyer's heroines. It shows the tenderness of relationships, the misunderstandings and a lot more.- Read Tri's review (52 words)
