Good Points: Good drive and well balanced car. Good torque engine that is not to heavy on fuel, 38mpg.
Bad Points: Audio voice kept failing on radio and Sat Nav. Power steering failed. 33,000m Gear linkage noisy. Sun roof repair. Dash instrument failing, returning back to zero. Front lower leather seats replaced. Cruise control faulty. All above repaired under Land Rover warranty.
General comments: I would think about buying another if Land Rover would improve the rear door access (to heavy). Setup the cruise control better and update the phone blue tooth connection.

Never had any problems with any of my Freelanders, this one however takes the cake. Rides like a dream. Well balanced and quiet, I have the TD4 automatic SE. Feels big, brakes well.

Just taken delivery of my first Landrover. What a fantastic vehicle. I'm very pleased with the build, drive, and style qualities of the new Td4. Wish I'd bought one sooner. Highly recommend this 4x4 for anyone who is thinking of joining the 4x4 revalution and feels other makes may be too big.
