    Good Points: Smooth, quiet, great handling, good value


    Bad Points: Recurring problem with door locking mechanisms. Petrol consumption problematic for drivers with a heavy right foot.


    General comments: Having covered almost 100k miles in 2.5 years my Jaguar X Type 2.5 V6 Executive Car has been well tested both in terms of reliablity and comfort.
    From a safety perspective the car has been rearended by a Sherpa Van and came away without a scratch. Rear bumpers excellent!
